En el present treball estudiarem els autòmats des d'una perspectiva tant algebraica com coalgebraica. Volem aprofitar la natura dual d'aquests objectes per a presentar un marc unificador que explique i estenga alguns resultats recents de la teoria d'autòmats. Per tant, la secció 2 conté nocions i definicions preliminars per a mantenir el treball tan contingut com siga possible. Així, presentarem les nocions d'àlgebra i coàlgebra per a un endofunctor. Anna-Kaisa Ylikotila kertoo omassa artikkelissaan, miten Jyväskylän seminaarissa yli sata miesoppilasta nostivat vuonna 1925 kanteen seminaariopettaja Heikki Haatajaa vastaan. Kanteessa Haatajaa syytettiin opettajalle sopimattomasta toiminnasta ja jopa sukupuolisen ahdistelun kaltaisesta siveettömyydestä. Tapausta tarkastellaan yhdessä kahden muun konfliktin kanssa, jotka sattuivat Uudenkaarlepyyn ja Sortavalan seminaareissa 1930-luvun aikana. Tämä tutkimus käsittelee asiantuntijaorganisaatioiden palkitsemisjärjestelmiä ja niiden yhteyttä henkilöstön motivaatioon ja oppimiseen. Tutkimus on laadullinen ja tutkimukseen osallistuneet yksityissektorin organisaatiot toimivat Keski-Pohjanmaan alueella. Tutkimus toteutettiin teema-haastatteluina kuudelle organisaatiossaan palkitsemisjärjestelmästä vastaavalle henkilölle. Tutkimus lähestyi asiantuntijaorganisaatioiden palkitsemisjärjestelmiä kolmesta eri näkökulmasta. The development of multi-junctions III-V semiconductors solar cells, that combine high conversion efficiency (over 40%) and capability of working under high illumination intensity (up to 1000 suns), has stimulated a rapid growth of concentrating photovoltaic (CPV) technology. The performance of these cells is based on the matching between the semiconductors band gap and the solar spectrum so as to optimize the current balancing between the subcells. This requirement is also important in connection with the CPV modules using lenses, mirrors, optical coupling compounds that introduce a wavelength dependent response to the sunlight. In this article, our focus is on sustainable development in mathematics education from the point of view of teacher training. The aim was to develop prospective teachers’ content knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge of school mathematics. As a case study, we chose the mathematical symbol “a/b”, and examined how prospective class teachers in Finland connect it to the concepts of fraction, ratio, division, rational number or probability.
