Earlier research has suggested that the diversification of silvicultural strategies is a cost-efficient tool to ensure multifunctionality in production forests. This study compared the effects of continuous cover forestry and conventional rotation forestry on ecosystem services and biodiversity in boreal forests in Finland. We simulated over 25,000 commercial forest stands for 100 years under continuous cover and rotation forest management. Forests without management were used as a reference. The role of digital mediation devices in the satisfaction of art museum audiences

The effects of «self-service technologies» (SST) (Curran and Meuter 2005) on the value and satisfaction of service experience (Lin and Hsieh 2007; Mencarelli and Rivière 2014; Meuter et al. 2003) have been little studied in the arts and culture field. The research explores the effects of the use of a digital mediation device on the museum experience and on the overall satisfaction of the public. The results of the analysis of 916 questionnaires collected from visitors to the Louvre Lens museum show that the use of a digital mediation device during the museum visit experience does not significantly impact overall public satisfaction with the visit.

In conjunction with the dismantling of psychiatric hospitals, social workers have been commissioned to help service users in their daily living in their homes and in the community. The consequences of these changes for experience-based knowledge and practices in their contexts remain relatively unknown. Après avoir défini le métier d’expert-comptable et ses orientations stratégiques ainsi que la logistique appliquée au service, nous examinerons en quoi la logistique constitue un enjeu stratégique pour les cabinets d'expertise comptables. Notre démarche méthodologie reposera sur une analyse exploratoire à partir d’études de cas. Elle devra permettre de mettre en évidence les opportunités de cette logistique de service pour des cabinets d’expertise-comptable et une lecture de leur stratégie par la logistique.
