In this work, a game theoretical approach for addressing the virtual network service providers (NSPs), small cell provider (SCP) and user interaction in heterogenous small cell networks is presented. In particular, we consider the users can select the services of different NSPs based on their prices. The NSPs have no dedicated hardware and need to rent from the SCP in term of radio resources, e.g., small cell base stations (SBSs) in order to provide satisfied services to the users. Tämä aineisto sisältää kaikki Lipas-tietokannan liikuntapaikat ja aineistotiedot 20.10.2021. Data on luokiteltu ja jokaiselle liikuntapaikalle on oma Lipas-ID. Data on tarjolla Esri Shapefile -muodossa (pisteet, reitit ja alueet). This data includes all sport facilities in Lipas database in 20.10.2021 and basic attribute information of the places. The data is classified and each sport facility has its own Lipas id. The data is provided as Esri Shapefiles (points, routes and areas) in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Lipas on valtakunnallinen paikkatietokanta liikuntapaikoista, ulkoilureiteistä ja virkistysalueista. Lipas-tietokantaan kerätään tiedot Suomen julkisista, erityisesti kuntien omistamista liikuntapaikoista. Myös yksityisten yritysten ja yhdistysten hallinnoimia paikkoja löytyy tietokannasta. Tiedon tuottajina toimivat kuntien liikuntatoimen asiantuntijat yhteistyössä kunnan muiden toimialojen kanssa sekä virkistysalueyhdistykset ja lajiliitot. This paper describes how the theme of safety for vulnerable road users (disabled, elderly, and children) in urban areas plays an important role for many implications in these users’ quality of life. The deficiency of safety on city streets is primarily due to the simultaneous presence of different components of traffic in an increasingly complex and inappropriate surrounding for their cohabitation.
