Transformative changes in the operations of humankind are needed to support the transition towards planetary well-being. We humans organize our everyday lives through organizations. We argue that to understand the role of organizations and to facilitate the transition towards planetary well-being, we need a value-transforming integration of financial and environmental accounting and reporting. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää akateemisten minäpystyvyysuskomusten, myönteisten opettaja-oppilassuhteiden ja vertaissuhteisiin liittyvien pelkojen muutoksia siirryttäessä alakoulusta yläkouluun ja miten vahvuudet ja sukupuoli ovat yhteydessä siirtymässä tapahtuviin mahdollisiin muutoksiin edellä mainituissa ilmiöissä. Tarkastelun kohteena olivat vahvuudet tunne-elämän hallinnassa, ihmissuhteissa ja koulussa. Tutkimuksen tavoite oli lisätä tietoa vahvuuksien merkityksestä siirtymävaiheessa ja selvittää voidaanko nuorten arvioimien vahvuuksien avulla ennustaa yläkouluun sopeutumista. Resilientti ruokajärjestelmä kykenee turvaamaan jatkuvasti ravitsemuksen siitä riippuvaisille ihmisille. Tarkastelemme tutkimuksessamme Suomen ruokajärjestelmän kehitysdynamiikkaa resilienssin näkökulmasta aikavälillä 1334–2022. Tunnistimme analyysissä kuusi regiimiä: laajentumisregiimi, edistysregiimi, karjatalousregiimi, esimoderni regiimi, modernisaatioregiimi ja globalisaatioregiimi. Regiimit ovat olleet polkuriippuvaisia ja vaihtuneet vain kriisien myötä, mutta samalla kriisit ovat johtaneet järjestelmän resilienssin menetykseen eri mittakaavoissa.
