I canti dei gessai siciliani non sono mai stati documentati nella letteratura etnografica. Esistevano solo alcune audioregistrazioni realizzate fra il 1954 e il 1988. Il testo analizza tutte le fonti disponibili, riviste attraverso l'esperienza di ricerca direttamente condotta dall'autore, che nel 1993 filma per la prima volta l'azione dei gessai ritmata dal canto. The purpose of this paper is a quantitative and qualitative investigation into the study of onomatopoeic sounds, which can be uncovered in the French and Italian versions of Mickey Mouse. This survey will take place through a comparison between the French and Italian stories and, at the same time, by a focus on onomatopoeic sounds as the concrete signs of the use of informal language. French Corpus: Le journal de Mickey from 1934 (number 1) to 1937 (7 numbers) and Picsou (from 1977 to 1984), about 60 stories.Italian Corpus; Nel Regno di Topolino from 1936 to 1939 (8 comics) and Topolino (from 1977 to 1979, 8 comics) about 70 stories.
A study of temporal estimation from the perspective of the Mental Clock Model.

Cardaci's (2000) Mental Clock Model maintains that a task requiring a low mental workload is associated with an acceleration of perceived time, whereas a task requiring a high mental workload is associated with a deceleration. Grouping refers to the function of unification and segregation due to factors which account for the fact that the perception of the environment is endowed with order, structures and filled with objects and events among which relations of connection or disjointness hold. Gestalt psychologists provided a wealth of experimental evidence for the specification of the factors and their phenomenological nature, that is their independence from non-perceptual determinants. grouping factors can be discovered through well-defined transformations applied on elements and specified recursively as functional connections. They figure as preferential rules of perceptual grammar.
Second sound propagation in laminar and turbulent superfluid 4He via extended thermodynamics

In this work, previous results on the complex propagation of second sound in laminar and turbulent superfluid 4He are reported. Furthermore the case of inhomogeneous superfluid turbulence is examined and, in particular, the wave propagation is investigated in the presence of an anisotropic vortex tangle. Two cases of physical interest are considered: wave front collinear and orthogonal to the heat flux.

Abbiamo valutato in pazienti LCHCV e risposta sostenuta (SVR) alla terapia con DAAs il comportamento dell’AST to Platelet Ratio Index (APRI) (marker indiretto di fibrosi) e di due segni ecografici di ipertensione portale: calibro della vena porta (cVP) e diametro longitudinale della milza (DLM). Valutare i cambiamenti della presentazione ecografica (US) degli epatocarcinomi (HCC) diagnosticati presso la nostra UO di Medicina Interna in tre periodi:1993-98, 2003-2008,2013-18. Il Gruppo 1 (G1) (1993-1998) comprendeva 174 HCC, il Gruppo 2 (G2) (2003-08) 96, il Gruppo 3 (G3) (2013-2018) 102. Sono stati registrati età, sesso, markers HBV, HCV, uso di alcol, alfafetoproteina (AFP), test di funzionalità epatica, autoanticorpi, ferritinemia. Background: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most frequent chronic liver disease in Western countries, and in particular in obese patients the prevalence is higher than in general population. It has a large clinical spectrum, ranging from simple steatosis to steatohepatitis (NASH) and cirrhosis.
