This study aimed to assess left ventricular morphology and function in highly trained elite female judokas.Methods: The study prospectively included 18 females aged 23.5 ± 2.25 years, nine elite level judokas, and nine healthy non-athlete volunteers. In this paper, esports market development is exhibited and analyzed through various data sources and literature review. Additionally, economic concepts are applied to the esports environment. Demand characteristics of this emerging market are analyzed by applying the concept of competitive balance as commonly used in economics of sport scrutiny. The aims of the present study were to investigate principals’ opinions of PE resourcing in schools. Resourcing was divided for different resourcing factors in schools: principals’ money allocation, qualified PE teachers, PE teachers’ in-service education, extracurricular PE and optional PE courses. Diplomdarba tēma ir „Sporta kluba grafiskās identitātes izstrādes specifika”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izstrādāt sporta kluba „Pulse Fitness“ grafisko identitāti. Bakalaura darbā tika veikti un analizēti literatūras pētījumi, dažādu autoru viedokļi par vizuālo identitāti, zīmola jēdzienu un funkcijām, to mērķi un izstrādes principiem. Kā arī pēc noteiktiem kritērijiem tika analizēti sporta logotipi, un rezultāti ir apkopoti, izmantojot diagrammas. Pētījuma jautājums ir: “Kādu grafiska dizaina kompozīcijas principu izmantošana ir raksturīga sporta industrijai?” Radošajā daļā tiek izstrādāta sporta kluba grafiskā identitāte un aprakstīta tā tapšanas gaita un rezultāti.

Aim. To assess the role of magnetic resonance (MR) imaging performed with a low-field scanner in the detection of floating meniscus sign as a consequence of sports-related trauma. Methods. Retrospective review of 2436 MR knee examinations executed, in 18 months, using a low-field scanner of 0.2T, was performed by three musculoskeletal radiologists of varying experience.
