Il contributo analizza i profili di diritto sostanziale dei provvedimenti temporanei ed urgenti assunti dal Presidente del tribunale nella separazione personale dei coniugi nei confronti degli sposi e della prole in vista del loro interesse, distinguendo, ove possibile, gli aspetti di natura personale da quelli di natura squisitamente patrimoniale. The essay analyzes the substantive law profiles of the temporary and urgent measures taken by the President of the court in the personal separation of the spouses against the spouses and their children in view of their interests, distinguishing, where possible, the personal aspects from those of exquisitely patrimonial nature.

This study examined the associations of work schedules and spousal satisfaction among Finnish (n = 347), Dutch (n = 304) and British (n = 337) parents. In addition to comparing parents with nonstandard schedule with parents in regular day work, the study examined separately the roles played in spousal satisfaction of morning, evening, night and weekend work and other working time-related variables (working hours, changes in and influence over one’s work schedules and spouse’s work schedule). Starting a new business later in life

Self-employment in later life may be either a career option or a form of partial retirement. This paper adds knowledge about those individuals who start a business when they are older. A large longitudinal data set is utilized to examine the transitions of individuals aged 55–74 to self-employment in Finland. The significance of prior activity as well as personal, household, financial, and environmental characteristics is analyzed for the transitions. The results show that most of those entering self-employment in later life have prior self-employment experience, thus suggesting that entrepreneurship at later ages is often habitual.
