This study evaluated in vitro and in vivo drug release of bedaquiline from in situ forming gels (ISGs) containing 200 mg eq./g bedaquiline fumarate salt prepared with four different grades of poly(d,l-lactide) (PDLLA) or poly(d,l-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) with a lactide/glycolide ratio of 50/50 or 75/25 and acid (A) or ester (E) end-capping in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone at a polymer/solvent ratio of 20/80% (w/w). A Power Law Behavior in the Incentivized Italian Photovoltaic Market

The Italian photovoltaic (PV) marketis analyzed by using the data contained in the database that describes all PV Plants installed in Italy under the incentive program called “2nd Conto Energia”. It is shown that the cumulative probability distribution of the size of the installed PV plants has a broken power tail. An approach to partially quantify the effect of the economic, juridical and technical rules is introduced in order to show how the regulatory body influences the power tail of the cumulative probability curve.

Piesardzības princips ir koncepts starptautiskajās vides tiesībās, kas ietver ideju, ka zinātniskā neskaidrība nav attaisnojums, lai veiktu darbības, kas kaitīgi ietekmē vidi. Tā statuss kā paražai starptautiskajās tiesībās joprojām tiek uztverts skeptiski, tāpēc darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai piesardzības princips ir šādu stausu ieguvis. Šī darba ietvaros tiks aplūkots normatīvais regulējums, tiesu prakse un valstu prakse, lai izpildītu darba uzdevumus- noteikt piesardzības principa definīciju, kā arī noteikt kāds ir opinio juris un valstu prakse attiecībā uz to. Autore uzskata, ka darba rezultātā ir noteicams, ka ir radusies paražu tiesībā attiecībā uz piesardzības principu.
