Felipo Orts, Amparo - Amparo.Felipo@uv.es En el context de les conseqüències de l'exili austriacista vinculat a la Guerra de Successió, aquest article estudia els desencontres familiars que va haver de salvar don Juan Basilio de Castellví, exiliat a Viena, per a veure reconeguts els seus drets a la part de l'herència familiar que assegurava correspondreli, derivats, al seu torn, del conflicte personal que per a son pare, el marqués de Villatorcas, va haver de suposar la necessitat de disposar les seues últimes voluntats -en forma de poder públic- abans de la firma de la Pau de Viena de 1725.

I fenomeni di dissesto idrogeologico determinato dall’azione dei fattori naturali su superfici di diversa natura modificano profondamente il paesaggio. Alle cause di origine naturale si aggiungono le pressioni di natura antropica con effetti negativi nei riguardi del suolo aumentandone la suscettibilità al dissesto. During the last century, massive reforestation projects along the dunes of the southern Sicily have been carried out. Such interventions, far from being in line with the current trends of close-to-nature silviculture, are, however, particularly interesting to assess the vegetation dynamics in afforestation areas. Furthermore, these kind of interventions may determine two opposite effects, that is renaturalization by native woody species or invasion by alien species. El articulo quiere mostrar que las interpretaciones de las instituciones del derecho de sucesiones que consideran el interés familiar, como expresión del principio de solidaridad (cada vez más en una protección patrimonialista de la legitimidad), siempre prevalente sobre todos los demás intereses, ya no pueden ser compartidas, porque la solidaridad no se distingue del personalismo. Modernizar el derecho de sucesiones no significa tener que abdicar en favor del contrato, sino descubrir el valor de la autonomía privada y el potencial del acto de última voluntad. The surroundings of Palermo were characterized, over the centuries, by the presence of many natural environments of great ecological and faunal importance. These environments were placed in a context characterized by minimal and sustainable urban development and large agriculture areas, dedicated to the development of tree crops such as citrus and orchards.
