Currently, the physical fitness tests of The Finnish Defence Forces (FDF) do not include a valid and reliable anaerobic test. Global analysis of the pMSSM in light of the Fermi GeV excess: prospects for the LHC Run-II and astroparticle experiments

We present a new global fit of the 19-dimensional phenomenological Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (pMSSM-19) that comply with all the latest experimental results from dark matter indirect, direct and accelerator dark matter searches. We show that the model provides a satisfactory explanation of the excess of gamma-rays from the Galactic centre observed by the Fermi~Large Area Telescope, assuming that it is produced by the annihilation of neutralinos in the Milky Way halo. We identify two regions that pass all the constraints: the first corresponds to neutralinos with a mass ~80-100 GeV annihilating into WW with a branching ratio of 95% ; the second to heavier neutralinos, with mass ~…

Przedstawiono wyniki badań w zakresie możliwości integracji dwóch normatywnych systemów zarządzania obejmujących system środowiskowy oraz system zarządzania energią. Wykazano koherentność oraz tożsamość obydwu systemów z zaznaczeniem, że system środowiskowy ma bardziej holistyczny charakter. Wynika to z wymagań dotyczących aspektów środowiskowych, które w ogromnej większości odnoszą się także do kwestii energetycznych. Wskazano na korzyści, jakie niesie jeden spójny, zintegrowany system w porównaniu z systemami rozproszonymi.

The key threat to information security comes from employees who do not comply with information security policies. We developed a new multi-theory based model that explained employees' adherence to security policies. The paradigm combines elements from the Protection Motivation Theory, the Theory of Reasoned Action, and the Cognitive Evaluation Theory. Tämä artikkeli tarjoaa tiiviin katsauksen standardisointiin ja muutamia valikoituja näkökulmia standardisoinnin taloustieteelliseen tutkimukseen. Teemme muutaman huomion. Viime vuosikymmenten aikana tapahtunut muutos julkissektorin kirjanpidon vaatimuksissa (New Public Management -ajattelu) on ollut vaikuttamassa Suomen kuntien siirtymisessä (osittaiseen) suoriteperusteiseen kirjanpitoon 1990-luvun loppupuolella. Vallitseva suuntaus on synnyttänyt myös kansainväliset julkiselle sektorille tarkoitetut IPSAS-tilinpäätösstandardit. Tämä tutkielma käsittelee kansainvälisten IPSAS-tilinpäätösstandardien soveltumista Suomen kuntien käyttöön.
