Zastosowanie metody TDABC do szacowania kosztów działań informacyjnych pośredników w obrocie nieruchomościami

W niniejszej pracy do szacowania kosztów działań informacyjnych pośredników w obrocie nieruchomościami wykorzystano metodę TDABC. W celu przedstawienia i analizy działań informacyjnych posłużono się algorytmem w postaci schematu blokowego. W algorytmie tym zawarto charakterystykę zmiennych (tzw. nośników działań) oraz opisy działań informacyjnych realizowanych przez pośredników. Poszczególne opisy wzbogacono o zmienne mające bezpośredni wpływ na czas ich realizacji, a także średnie czasy ich wykonania. The aim of this paper is to analyse the interconnections among the so-called “grey area” citizens, who have great difficult to get an own house, and the public (and private) stakeholders that have a key part to play in translating the housing politics into practice. Województwo opolskie charakteryzuje się występowaniem dużych pokładów skał węglanowych. Służą one jako surowiec dla przemysłu cementowo-wapienniczego. The SO2F2 quasi-spherical top: Correspondence between tensorial and Watson's formalisms

Abstract The SO2F2 quasi-spherical top molecule with C2v symmetry is considered as a distorted spherical top deriving from the SO 4 2 − tetrahedral ion. We present here a detailed correspondence between the tensorial formalism using the Td⊃C2v reorientation and the usual Hamiltonian of Watson. We have also performed ab initio calculations in order to determine the centrifugal distorsion constants in the vibrational ground state.

Abstract This article examines state-church relations in Sweden by analysing clerical appointment processes in the latter part of the 16th century. The aim is to ascertain whether the king of Sweden could appoint pastors independently, and if not, with whom he was compelled to share the power. Earlier studies argue that the power of the king grew due to the reformation. First, this article examines the number of clerical appointments that were made in the period 1560-1611. This paper proposes the theoretical framework and the experimental application of the active disturbance rejection control to linear induction motors. Such a nonlinear control (ADRC) technique can be viewed as a particular kind of input-output linearization control, where the nonlinear transformation of the state is not computed by means of the model, but it is estimated online. Such an approach permits to cope with unmodelling dynamics, as well as uncertainty in the knowledge of the model parameters and exogenous disturbances.
