En este estudio, 275 adultos mayores, que acuden a un centro de mayores a realizar actividades, respondieron a una serie de datos sociodemográficos y al Cuestionario de Afrontamiento del Estrés (CAE) mediante una entrevista semiestructurada. Nocturnal obstructive respiratory events severity is associated with low parental quality

Objective: Despite of the large prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) in pediatric age, numerous aspects of its impact on day life and on parental quality are still poor studied and considered in the clinical management. The study evaluated the stress levels and copying styles in a large sample of mother of children with OSAS. Method: 374 mothers of children affected by OSAS (mOSAS) were compared with a group of mothers of 421 neurotypical healthy children (mTDC) for stress perceived stress levels and for coping strategies. Based on an ecological perspective on the COVID-19 lockdown experience, this study describes psychological responses among Italian university students. Our study considers three zones of the country that have differed in the intensity of the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, this research explores whether differences in pandemic conditions can account for their divergent psychological outcomes. The participants were 792 university students from seven different Italian universities. Students were asked to express their emotions and describe meaningful events during the lockdown in writing. Izdegšanas sindroma saistība ar stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijām medicīnas māsām

Šī bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādas saistības pastāv starp izdegšanas sindromu un stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju lietojumu medicīnas māsu vidū. Pētījumā piedalījās 50 medicīnas māsas no dažādām Latvijas slimnīcām ar vidējo vecumu 32,96 gadi (SD 10,99). 92% izlases bija sievietes. 72% respondenti norādīja augstākās izglītības līmeni. Pētījumā tika izmantoti trīs instrumenti: Stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju aptauja, Maslakas izdegšanas aptauja – Vispārīgā aptauja, Izdegšanas klīnisko apakštipu aptauja. L’indagine sull'esperienza di 1364 insegnanti siciliani ha consentito di raccogliere informazioni sulle strategie organizzative e didattiche attivate, sulle criticità e sulla valutazione dell'efficacia didattica degli interventi effettuati. Sono state rilevate in modo sistematico le percezioni dei docenti relative all’autoregolazione e in particolare alla pianificazione, alle strategie di gestione delle informazioni, di correzione, e di valutazione. Patterns and universals of adult romantic attachment across 62 cultural regions: Are models of self and of other pancultural constructs?

As part of the International Sexuality Description Project, a total of 17,804 participants from 62 cultural regions completed the Relationship Questionnaire (RQ), a self-report measure of adult romantic attachment. Correlational analyses within each culture suggested that the Model of Self and the Model of Other scales of the RQ were psychometrically valid within most cultures. Contrary to expectations, the Model of Self and Model of Other dimensions of the RQ did not underlie the four-category model of attachment in the same way across all cultures.
