I limiti della transazione fiscale in materia di tributi locali

La transazione fiscale, come oggi configurata dall’art. 182 ter della legge fallimentare, può trovare applicazione per i tributi amministrati dalle agenzie fiscali e relativi accessori, ad eccezione di quelli costituenti risorse proprie dell’Unione Europea, nonché per i contributi amministrati dagli enti di previdenza e assistenza obbligatori e relativi accessori. Intento del lavoro è quello di verificare se ed in quali ipotesi l’imprenditore in stato di crisi possa accedere all’istituto della transazione fiscale anche per i tributi dovuti agli enti locali, che non di rado costituiscono una parte ingente del debito fiscale del contribuente.

Holocene sea level change in Malta

A multidisciplinary approach has been applied to study sea level changes along the coast of Malta using data collected from underwater archaeological remains. The elevation of archaeological markers have been compared with predicted sea level curves providing new bodies of evidence that outline the vertical tectonic behaviour of this region, allowing estimation of the relative sea level changes that occurred in this area of the Mediterranean since the Bronze Age. During the Roman Age, sea level was at −1.36 ± 0.1 m, while in the Midde Age it was at −0.56 ± 0.2 m, in agreement with previous estimations for the Mediterranean region. Il presente lavoro riguarda la modellazione numerica del comportamento costitutivo delle cosiddette volte in foglio (le bóvedas tabicadas) che rappresentano una delle tecniche edilizie tradizionali catalane più diffusamente impiegate da alcuni tra i più grandi architetti spagnoli (primo fra tutti Gaudí) alla fine del XIX secolo [1-3]. Isolated from its harbour by the submarine base built during World War II, Saint-Nazaire has added to its development over the last two decades, without referring to major European models. An important arts and tourist center has been built around the port zone, close to the German submarine base. The converted military structure, which is situated in an impressive public space, has been endowed with a new sense of identity. It stands out as the main element in the urban regeneration process, focusing on the cultural and tourist character of the programme and aiming to reinforce the relationship between the city and its port.

High-resolution seismic data acquired along the continental shelf/upper slope offshore of Capo Vaticano (western Calabria), Milazzo Promontory and Mt. Etna (eastern Sicily) allow to provide new insights on vertical mobility related to active tectonics. A number of depositional sequences bounded by unconformities or correlative para-conformities were recognized on Sparker profiles in the first 200-300 m below the sea-floor.
