This paper concerns the analysis of data collected during the implementation of a teaching proposal on thermodynamics in a class of 20 students (17 year-olds) of a scientifically-oriented secondary school in Italy. After a brief presentation of the teaching proposal design and of the notion of learning environment as properly complex territory, the results of two levels of analysis are discussed. Pētījuma mērķis: atklāt savstarpējās saistības starp sporta motivāciju, psiholoģiskajām vajadzībām un izdegšanu studējošiem sportistiem. Pētījuma dalībnieki: 245 studenti-sportisti, kuru vidējais vecums ir M (SD) = 24 (6,48) un to vidējais sporta stāžs ir M (SD) = 11 (6,41). Pētījuma metode: instruments, kas ietver trīs aptaujas: Sporta motivācijas aptauja-II (SMA-II), Psiholoģisko vajadzību aptauja sporta jomā (PVASJ) un Sportistu izdegšanas aptauja (SIA).
