In modern Slavic linguistics, along with the terms "religious discourse", "religious style", the term "religious language" functions, the appearance of which became possible thanks to the works of the Polish linguist Z. Klemensevich. At the initial stages, the study of the religious language was, as a rule, reduced to the analysis and description of vocabulary. Currently, scientists are interested in other problems related to this phenomenon, including genres, styles and variants of religious language.

The objectives of this paper are twofold: to prove the thesis on the openness of a purposefully selected researcher and to take advantage of the opportunity to present some of his thoughts, taken from his abundant publications (more than three hundred items). The authors focus on the presentation of one topic, i.e. openness in the works of linguist Professor Wojciech Chlebda. This subject sometimes appears on the surface when the researcher speaks explicitly about it, but is frequently present in presuppositions or on a metalinguistic level. The article attempts to define the place of style and stylistics in the process of teaching Polish as the first language. The paper takes as its reference the current Polish language curriculum, adopting the assumption that curriculum documents present the typical approach to style and stylistics found in Polish language didactics. Issues of style and stylistics are introduced in education in association with the development of productive skills (speaking and writing) and receptive skills (reading and listening). Le fonctionnement des rivières du bassin de l’Èbre a subi d’importants changements depuis 1950. Il s’agit d’un processus rapide et très marqué, de simplification et de stabilisation sur le fleuve principal et sur ses principaux affluents pyrénéens. Ce processus s’est manifesté par des changements dans la morphologie fluviale, le développement de la végétation sur les lits, un rétrécissement de l’espace naturel fluvial et une incision des lits fluviaux. Effects of contextual variables on strategic investment decision-making styles: An empirical study from Pakistan.

There is a gap in the literature of strategic investment decision making (SIDM) concerning the links between context variables, infrastructure and SIDM practices (or SIDM styles) in developing countries. This research aims to fill that gap. Survey data (N = 128) from the manufacturing companies listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange was collected via an e-mailed questionnaire and visits to the companies. Data are analyzed with factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results reveal what we call four different SIDM styles (or emphases): managerial power-, financial analysis-, top management-, and strategy-based investing.
