Konferenci organizēja toreiz vēl LU aģentūras “LU Filozofijas un socioloģijas institūts” reliģijpētnieki sadarbībā ar Lietuvas–Latvijas jezuītu provinci.

Due to the relative ineffectiveness of standard resuscitation techniques, alternative methods have been explored for many years. The aim of new methods is to improve haemodynamics and increase survival rates. In spite of some encouraging haemodynamic results, all but one study failed to show an increase in long-term survival rates with an alternative method in a convincingly large group of patients (hospital discharge without neurological damage, and 1-year survival). W zasobach Państwowego Archiwum Historycznego Ukrainy we Lwowie źródła odnoszące się do jezuitów dotyczą różnych części Galicji, a w niektórych przypadkach także terenów poza jej granicami. Większość jednostek archiwalnych zawierających dokumenty z okresu kasat zakonu nie jest powszechnie znana, a niektóre z nich prawdopodobnie nigdy nie były wykorzystywane. Zaprezentowane w artykule dokumenty mogą zainteresować historyków sztuki, a także historyków kultury materialnej lub historyków medycyny. Although a large number of theories justify the presence of games in school, all of them converge in two of the educational functions described by Biesta, socialization and qualification. In contrast to this instrumental educational approach, the present article aims to develop the bases for a philosophy of physical education (PE) oriented toward the game as an object. This proposal is supported by Suits¿ theory of games and the object-oriented philosophy (OOP) introduced by Harman.
