Krāsas 20. gadsimta antiutopiskajos romānos

Šīs pētījums apskata krāsu izmantošanu, valodu un simbolismu 20. gadsimta antiutopiskajā literatūrā. Darba pamatuzdevums ir izpētīt krāsu paleti antiutopiskajos romānos: kādi krāsu termini ir izmantoti, kādas ir to galvenās funkcijas, simbolisms un konteksts. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, ir apskatīti pētījumi par krāsu simbolismu, kā arī tika savākti dati priekš kvantitatīvas and kvalitatīvas analīzes. Tika secināts, ka romānos Mēs, Brīnšķīgā jaunā pasaule un Kalpones stāsts izmantotās krāsas pārsvarā ir bāziskie krāsu termini, saskaņā ar Berlina un Keja teoriju. The topic of the paper is Bībī Šahrbānū’s Shia shrine near Ray (Iran) which shows a continuity of places of worship and ritual practices from the pre-Islamic period to the Islamic one. It was a place of worship dedicated originally to Anāhīd, the Zoroastrian goddess of water and fertility, protector of the royalty of the ancient Persian empires. The symbolic connector element is the water, sacred to the goddess Anāhīd, and important in the Shia worship of Bībī Šahrbānū, but also in the Zoroastrian sanctuaries near Yazd, such as that of Bānū-Pārs and Pīr-e Sabz.

Zestawienie erudycyjnych treści z zakresu historii naturalnej z fragmentami dzieł Mikołaja Reja i Marcina Bielskiego przynosi interesujące spostrzeżenia. In naturalist novels, aiming to depict the reality as faithfully as possible, colours are particularly important, and need to be carefully selected. An attentive reader of Zola’s Rougon-Macquart series might notice a very special use of colours that are often charged with an important symbolic value: being not only an ornament or a detail, they frequently influence and/or express the characters’ features. The proposed classification shows some most relevant examples of Zola’s conception of colours in selected parts of the series.
