Usability Work in Agile Systems Development Practice: A Systematic Review

In this chapter we present the results of a systematic literature review of the recommendations in the existing research literature on usability work in agile systems development. The review contributes by summarizing the literature in light of seven claims about how to integrate usability work into an agile development project. By analyzing the claims we show how the previous literature provides grounds, warrants, backing, rebuttal, and qualification with regard to each of them. The objective of this submission is to describe four additional suggestions to alleviate issues around the quality of research and publications. Currently, positive results are twice as likely to be published as negative results. Advocating the publication of negative findings too would beseech individuals to report true findings and be less tempted to fabricate data. The current study utilises the time-tested systematic literature review (SLR) method to identify and analyse 76 studies addressing the consumer adoption of green hotels. Factors Contributing to the Business Digital Divide: A Systematic Literature Review

The main aim of this study is to review the literature relating to the factors that contribute to the business digital divide. A systematic literature review was conducted using two databases (Scopus and Web of Science). A total of 28 articles were selected and analyzed. The selected studies are conducted in various developing and developed countries, including all firm sizes and different sectors, and cover several different digital technologies. Identified factors determining the business digital divide are categorized as technological, organizational, and environmental factors. The aim of this systematic review is to provide a general overview of the available measures to assess homophobia and internalized homophobia, and to explain their structural features and their psychometric properties. Nearly all of the reviewed scales achieved satisfactory reliability and construct validity. This review represents a useful tool to support researchers in choosing the most appropriate scale for their research purposes. Furthermore, this work could inspire the creation of new instruments or the validation of existing measures in the Italian socio-cultural context.
