Background: The present study aimed to investigate how subjective self-reported stress is associated with objective heart rate variability (HRV)-based stress and recovery on workdays. Another aim was to investigate how physical activity (PA), body composition, and age are associated with subjective stress, objective stress, and recovery. Methods: Working-age participants (n = 221; 185 women, 36 men) in this cross-sectional study were overweight (body mass index, 25.3-40.1 kg/m(2)) and psychologically distressed (>= 3/12 points on the General Health Questionnaire). Tässä kandidaatintutkielmassa pohdin digitaalisten musiikkipelien käyttöä soitonoppimisen sekä -opettamisen apuvälineenä. Oppimista tapahtuu muuallakin kuin vain koulussa tai soit-totunneilla. Kehittyvä teknologia mahdollistaa uusia tapoja oppia musiikkia, esim. soi-tonoppimispelien avulla. Lähdin selvittämään, millaisia nämä pelit ovat ja miten soitono-pettaja voisi hyödyntää niitä työssään. Pienten lasten digitaalisten oppimispelien käytettävyyden arviointi

Opinnäytetyössä pohditaan kirjallisuuskatsauksen avulla pienten lasten digitaalisten oppimispelien käytettävyyttä ja käytettävyyden arviointia. Työssä perehdytään ensin pienten lasten digitaalisiin oppimispeleihin ja pieniin lapsiin pelien käyttäjinä. Seuraavaksi pohditaan, mitä digitaalisten oppimispelien käytettävyys voisi olla ja miten pienten lasten oppimispelien käytettävyyttä voitaisiin arvioida pienten lasten kanssa. Katsauksen perusteella todettiin, että oppimispelien käytettävyys voi koostua perinteistä käytettävyyttä kuvaavien ominaisuuksien lisäksi myös pelattavuuden ja pedagogisen käytettävyyden ominaisuuksista. This chapter emphasizes the importance of ontological dialogue and methodological choices to the conceptual development and practical enactment of planetary well-being. Starting from the premise that cultural practices, including scientific concepts and methods, shape realities, the chapter suggests approaching nature and culture as entangled with each other. The increasing consumption of natural resources no longer increases, let alone equalizes, human well-being, but has led to the current ecological crisis and harms both human and nonhuman well-being.
