Tässä tutkimuksessa on tarkasteltu varhaisnuorten tunteiden tunnistamista suoriutumistilanteissa. Subjektiivisesti ja objektiivisesti mitattujen tunteiden vastaavuuksia tarkasteltiin ottaen huomioon tehtävien vaikeustaso ja esittämisjärjestys, oppilaan kognitiivinen kykytaso, ylivilkkauden pulmat sekä tunteiden huippuhetket ja aallonpohjat. Tutkimus on toteutettu osana syksyllä 2013 käynnistynyttä TIKAPUU – Alakoulusta yläkouluun – tutkimushanketta, johon osallistuu 55 koululuokkaa kahdesta Keski-Suomen kunnasta. This study examines the construction of ethnicity in the permanent exhibitions of two museums: Siida, the National Museum of the Finnish Sámi and the Nature Centre of Metsähallitus, and Ájtte, the Swedish Mountain and Sámi Museum. The study is motivated by three research questions: What kind of ethnic categories and boundaries do the exhibitions create? How is Sámi ethnicity defined by displaying cultural features? Biokaasu liikennepolttoaineena

Työn tavoitteena oli tutkia syitä, miksi biometaanin käyttö liikennepolttoaineena Suomessa ei ole yleistynyt, vaikka biokaasusta tuotetaan jo gigawattitunneittain energiaa sähkön ja lämmön muodossa. Lisäksi luotiin malli biometaanin jakeluverkostosta Keski-Suomessa. Malli rajattiin koskemaan maatilojen karjanlannasta tuotettua biometaania. Jäteperäisestä biokaasusta jätevedenpuhdistamoiden ja kaatopaikkojen osalta suurin osa on jo hyödynnetty sähkön- ja lämmöntuotannossa. Maatilojen potentiaalia on sen sijaan paljon hyödyntämättä: Suomessa on tällä hetkellä yksi biometaanin maatilatankkausasema ja seitsemän muuta biokaasusta yli 200 MWh/a lähinnä lämpöä tuottavaa maatilareaktorilaitosta. Tässä luvussa tarkastelemme teknostressin ilmiötä suomalaisessa työelämässä. Tutkimusaineisto (N=1032), johon tämä luku pohjautuu, kerättiin strukturoidulla verkkokyselyllä vuoden 2020 alussa. Määrällinen aineisto analysoitiin hyödyntämällä yksi- ja kaksisuuntaista varianssianalyysiä sekä lineaarista regressiota. Avointen vastausten analysointiin sovelsimme teoriaohjaavaa sisällönanalyysiä. Tulokset osoittavat, että työpaikoilla koetaan teknostressiä. Teknostressin kokemukseen olivat työntekijän omien asenteiden ja osaamisen lisäksi yhteydessä organisaation toimintaympäristö oppimisen ja kehittymisen mahdollisuuksineen. This study examined what kinds of ethical dilemmas managers working in reception centers in Finland have encountered as well as what kinds of strategies they applied in ethically challenging situations, and finally, what ethical dimensions the strategies included. This specific topic has not been investigated before, thus, this study aimed to theoretically and empirically examine it.
