ABSTRACT Objective: To determine the influence of nurse education and training on attitudes towards communication, emotional intelligence, and empathy. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted using three separate instruments to measure attitudes towards communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence, and two questions to determine the academic qualifications of the study participants. The effect of the variables was tested using one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlations, and hierarchical multiple linear regression. Capacity assessment for provision of quality sexual reproductive health and HIV-integrated services in Karamoja, Uganda

Introduction: Sexual and reproductive health (SRH) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) are crucial global health issues. Uganda continues to sustain a huge burden of HIV and AIDS.
 Methods: A cross-sectional health facility-based assessment was performed in November and December 2016 in Karamoja Region, northern Uganda. All the 126 health facilities (HFs) in Karamoja, including 5 hospitals and 121 Health Centers (HCs), covering 51 sub-counties of the 7 districts were assessed. Tutkimuksessani käsittelen tanssijoiden tapaa kielentää niin fyysisiä kuin henkisiäkin tanssinaikaisia kokemuksiaan. Tarkastelen tanssijoiden tekemiä kielellisiä, etenkin sanastoon liittyviä valintoja, joita he tekevät kertoessaan tanssin kokemuksistaan. Tanssintutkimuksen kentällä painottuu useimmin katsojan näkökulma tanssiin, mutta fenomenologista tutkimussuuntausta hyödyntämällä tanssia on voitu tutkia myös siitä nousevan kokemuksen näkökulmasta.
