Abstract Starting from current areas of research in the field of developmental theories, the aim of this work is to analyse parent-child interactions within a primary triad and to consider co-parenting couple and their children as an interactive matrix. In particular, parent-child relationship could be observed trough new developmental units of observation and coding systems in the multiple scenarios of new families. The deepening of this study may promote an effective connection between research and educational support as well as clinical work with families and parental couples.

Nuovi composti di organostagno(IV) [R3SnL e R¢2SnL2 (R = Me, Ph e R¢= Me, nBu, HL= Na-Boc-Ornitina)] sono stati sintetizzati e caratterizzati sia allo stato solido (FT-IR) che in soluzione (1H e 13C NMR) per poterne valutare la citotossicità in linee cellulari tumorali [1]. Na-Boc-Ornitina si comporta come un legante chelante dello stagno con il gruppo carbossilato, mentre il gruppo amminico Na-protetto è esente dalla coordinazione. Identification of mycorrhiza-regulated genes with arbuscule development-related expression profile

Suppressive subtractive hybridisation was applied to the analysis of late stage arbuscular mycorrhizal development in pea. 96 cDNA clones were amplified and 81, which carried fragments more than 200 nt in size, were sequence analysed. Among 67 unique fragments, 10 showed no homology and 10 were similar to sequences with unknown function. RNA accumulation of the corresponding 67 genes was analysed by hybridisation of macro-arrays.
