Human metapneumovirus, with two known genotypes named A and B, is associated with mild respiratory symptoms to severe LRTI in children, high-risk adults and the elderly. Rapid and reliable methods of hMPV detection in clinical samples are essential to implement appropriate care, to better understand the pathology of hMPV and to determine its epidemiology. Respiratory samples from 1,386 patients collected during 2 consecutive years were screened for hMPV using indirect immunofluorescence (IFA) assay with a monoclonal antibody. Children’s low physical activity levels call for an investigation of what can promote activity for excessively sedentary children. The purpose of this longitudinal mixed-method case study in an early childhood education (ECE) environment was to observe one sedentary child’s free outdoor playtime in four seasons and determine the physical environmental factors changing his activity from sedentary to physically active. Systematic observation of video material and quantitative analysis were used to identify the most sedentary individual of the one ECE group. The child was named “John”. Tämän pro gradu -työn ensimmäisenä tavoitteena oli ymmärtää ja kuvata yhdessä Liikkuva koulu -ohjelmaan osallistuvassa koulussa tapahtuvaa yhteistyötä ja sitä, miten siinä luodaan yhteistä ymmärrystä osapuolten välillä. Toinen tavoite oli koota keinoja, joilla yhteistyötä voitaisiin kehittää käytännössä. Liikkuva koulu on valtakunnallinen ohjelma, jonka tavoitteena on lisätä peruskouluikäisten fyysistä aktiivisuutta koulupäivän aikana ja sen yhteydessä. Vuorovaikutusosaaminen taloushallinnon asiantuntijatyössä

Tämän laadullisen tapaustutkimuksena toteutetun maisterintutkielman tutkimustehtävänä oli kuvata ja ymmärtää taloushallinnon asiantuntijan vuorovaikutusosaamista osana työtä ja ammattiosaamista. Tutkielman aineistokeruumenetelmänä hyödynnettiin fokusryhmähaastatteluja. Haastateltavana oli seitsemän kohdeorganisaation asiantuntijaa, jotka oli jaettu kahteen fokusryhmään. Keskusteluaineiston analyysimenetelmänä oli teemoittelu, jota tehtiin teoriasidonnaisesti. Tulosten mukaan asiantuntijat hahmottavat vuorovaikutusosaamisen yksilön ominaisuutena, kyvykkyytenä ja taitoina sekä myös vuorovaikutussuhteeseen liittyvänä ja siinä kehittyvänä osaamisena.
