Complexity in solving real-world multicriteria optimization problems often stems from the fact that complex, expensive, and/or time-consuming simulation tools or physical experiments are used to evaluate solutions to a problem. In such settings, it is common to use efficient computational models, often known as surrogates or metamodels, to approximate the outcome (objective or constraint function value) of a simulation or physical experiment. L’opération de diagnostic archéologique « 9, rue du Château » à Magny-sur-Tille s’est déroulée du 12 au 14 février 2018. La principale occupation détectée lors de l’opération consiste en une maison forte de la période moderne, déjà largement documentée par les sources écrites et planimétriques anciennes ainsi que par un diagnostic réalisé en 2007 avant la construction d’une maison individuelle. Le quart SO de l’établissement a été appréhendé. Trois phases ont pu être mises en évidence.

Abstract: In patients suffering from oral cavity cancer surgical treatment is complex because it is necessary to remove carcinoma and lymph node metastasis (through a radical unilateral or bilateral neck dissection) and to reconstruct the affected area by means of free flaps. The saliva stagnation in the post-operative period is a risk factor with regard to local complications. Minor complications related to saliva stagnation (such as tissue maceration and wound dehiscence) could become major complications compromising the surgery or the reconstructive outcome. Background Exfoliative and erosive cheilitis, may be a source of speech and chewing discomfort, but may also be an aesthetic issue for the patients affected. Such a clinical presentation may implicate a variety of inflammatory conditions, including atopic (eczematous) cheilitis. La DOTC es una enfermedad ligada al sexo (Cromosoma X) que se incluye dentro de un grupo de enfermedades denominadas trastornos del ciclo de la urea. Es un trastorno metabólico cuyo resultado es la acumulación de amonio en la sangre produciéndose episodios hiperamonemia con diferentes grados de severidad. Esto sucede como consecuencia de una mutación en el gen de la OTC, perdiéndose dicha actividad enzimática.
