This essay studies what happens to the poetics of a text that was first written on or for a certain internet platform when it is later copy-pasted to a different literary medium – that of an edited and printed book. The main target of the discussion is Finnish author Karri Kokko’s conceptual literary work Retweeted (2016), a print-on-demand book, the roots of which are firmly in both the traditions of print media and the digital interfaces of the social media platform Twitter. The consultation of twelve journals (French and English language) that deal with science education, for the years 1991 to 1993, allowed us to summarize the use of spatial representations of scientific concepts in didactics research. Two main results were produced from this study : there has not been much work published with spatial representations, and what has been published is very heterogeneous. Analysis of this diversity does not always allow us to understand the authors’ objectives and obliges researchers in didactics to think about the nature and role of spatial representations in the construction of scientific knowledge.

Huntington's disease (HD) is caused by an expanded CAG repeat in the huntingtin (HTT) gene, translating into an elongated polyglutamine stretch. In addition to the neurotoxic mutant HTT protein, the mutant CAG repeat RNA can exert toxic functions by trapping RNA-binding proteins. While few examples of proteins that aberrantly bind to mutant HTT RNA and execute abnormal function in conjunction with the CAG repeat RNA have been described, an unbiased approach to identify the interactome of mutant HTT RNA is missing. La fouille du site de Crevans (Haute-Saône) a permis de reconnaitre un bâtiment maçonné rectangulaire, pourvu d’un porche, et un grand enclos carré. Le site, très arasé, n’a livré que peu de mobilier à l’exception d’un dépôt dans le grand enclos, postérieur à son abandon, et une fosse avec des quartiers de bœuf au centre du bâtiment. Si la caractérisation du site, au seul regard de son plan, n’est pas possible, l’examen du mobilier des dépôts permet de proposer une fonction cultuelle à l’ensemble. The article is a synthetic essay that exposes the main theoretical lines of the postmarxist approach of Laclau and Mouffe, on the one hand, and the autonomist post-operaism of Negri, Hardt, Virno, etc., on the other hand. These theories are conceived as attempts to rationalize current political bets by various political sectors and social movements. It analyzes both argumentative strategies from «orthodox» Marxism and the structure / superstructure relationship; and the forms of constitution of new subjectivities. Na Uniwersytecie Opolskim trwały już wtedy prace nad uruchomieniem platformy, która zapewniłaby otwarty dostęp do uczelnianych czasopism naukowych. Deficiency of correctly implemented and robust defence leaves Internet of Things devices vulnerable to cyber threats, such as adversarial attacks. A perpetrator can utilize adversarial examples when attacking Machine Learning models used in a cloud data platform service. Adversarial examples are malicious inputs to ML-models that provide erroneous model outputs while appearing to be unmodified. This kind of attack can fool the classifier and can prevent ML-models from generalizing well and from learning high-level representation; instead, the ML-model learns superficial dataset regularity.
