Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää huippu-urheilijoiden henkilökohtaisia kokemuksia siitä, mitkä motivaatiotekijät ovat edesauttaneet heidän uransa jatkumista urheilijapolun eri vaiheissa. Tavoitteena oli saada yksityiskohtaista informaatiota urheilijoiden kokemuksista ja näkemyksistä heidän urheiluaan tukevista asioista. Selvitimme tutkimuksen avulla myös urheilijoiden subjektiivisten näkemysten yhteyttä tunnettuihin motivaatioteorioihin ja aikaisemmissa tutkimuksissa esiin nousseisiin tuloksiin ja havaintoihin. Standardisation of methods for assessing mould germination: a workshop report.

International audience; The first workshop on predictive mycology was held in Marseille, France, 2–4 February 2005 under the auspices of the French Microbiological Society. The purpose of the workshop was to list the different techniques and definitions used by scientists for assessing mould germination and to evaluate the influence of the different techniques on the experimental results. Recommendations were made when a large consensus was obtained. In order to facilitate the study of germination, alternative methods to microscopic examination were examined.
On time-harmonic Maxwell equations with nonhomogeneous conductivities : Solvability and FE-approximation

The solvability of time-harmonic Maxwell equations in the 3D-case with nonhomogeneous conductivities is considered by adapting Sobolev space technique and variational formulation of the probJem in question. Moreover, a finite element approximation is presented in the 3D·case together with an error estimate in the energy norm. Some remarks are given to the 2D-problem arising from geophysics. peerReviewed
‘Cos I’m a Survivor’ : Narratives of coping and resilience in recollections of difficult childhood in post-war Finland

In post-war Finland thousands of children experienced poor upbringing, neglect and abuse, and had to deal with their experiences without social support from adults. In this article we study how difficult and bitter experiences related to childhood crises are remembered, reinterpreted and reframed in later life and in contemporary Finland. As research material we use both oral and written reminiscences of childhood in the post-war years collected in the period 2014–2016. We argue that in the recollections of difficult childhood coping and resilience emerge as major narrative themes. In this paper, I propose a shift in analytic focus from language to artifacts – that is, to personally meaningful objects that surface in interaction and generate talk – as a means of accounting for the historical dimension of the relationship between form and meaning. Artifacts activate memories and feelings from other times and places, informing ways of speaking in the conversational here-and-now. Moodle es una plataforma de aprendizaje gratuita creada en 2002. Según datos de noviembre de 2021 (Moodle, n.d.), España es el país del mundo que más utiliza esta plataforma educativa. En la versión de Moodle 3.9. (lanzada en 2020) y posteriores está disponible un nuevo tipo de contenido: los objetivos de aprendizaje multimedia e interactivos H5P.
