Con la sentenza n. 91 del 2018, la Consulta ha avuto modo di offrire una rivisitazione "ad ampio spettro" dell'istituto della sospensione del procedimento con messa alla prova, affrontandone diversi aspetti fondamentali. La pronuncia - pur esprimendosi in termini di inammissibilità o di infondatezza delle questioni sollevate - può essere considerata un importante spartiacque nell'elaborazione ermeneutica della fattispecie, risolvendo alcuni problemi interpretativi e, al contempo, ponendone in luce di nuovi.

Tässä tutkimuksessa tutkittiin rockfestivaalin kriisiviestintää festivaaliorganisaation ja sen yhden sidosryhmän näkökulmasta. Kriisiviestintä on aiheena ajankohtainen niin viestinnän tutkimuksessa kuin yhteisöjen käytännön toiminnassa. Festivaalit ovat lisäksi yhteiskunnallisesti kiinnostava tutkimuskohde. Kriisiviestinnän teoria nivottiin tapahtuma- ja festivaaliorganisaatioiden toimintaympäristöön. Tapauksena oli yksi festivaalialan isoimmista onnettomuuksista; vuonna 2000 tanskalaisella Roskilde-festivaalilla kuoli yhdeksän henkilöä lavanedusruuhkassa. Sidosryhmien osallistaminen ja kuuleminen ovat vuorovaikutteisia keinoja, joiden avulla orgaanisaatio voi hallita legitimiteettiään. In the Age of Revolutions, the legitimacy of political rule was increasingly derived in Western countries from popular sovereignty realised through parliamentary representation. This chapter analyses how the members of the representative institutions in Britain, France and Sweden attempted to solve tensions between popular sovereignty and representation during a revolutionary or evolutionary transition from the early modern representation of the interests of estates by delegates to the representation of the people by individual members.
