Šī pētījuma tēma ir “Slimību un atkarību ārstēšana ar akupunktūras palīdzību”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot vai ar akupunktūras palīdzību ir iespējams ārstēt slimības un atkarības. The generation of excessive amounts of reactive oxygen species (ROS) leads to cellular oxidative stress that underlies a variety of forms of hepatocyte injury and death including that from alcohol. Although ROS can induce cell damage through direct effects on cellular macromolecules, the injurious effects of ROS are mediated largely through changes in signal transduction pathways such as the mitogen-activated protein kinase c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK). In response to alcohol, hepatocytes have increased levels of the enzyme cytochrome P450 2E1 (CYP2E1) which generates an oxidant stress that promotes the development of alcoholic steatosis and liver injury. Tämän pro gradu -tutkielman tarkoituksena on selvittää sosiaalisen fobian vaikutusta terapeuttisen yhteistyösuhteen rakentumiseen yhden kokonaisen terapiaprosessin aikana. Lisäksi tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on kuvata asiakkaan ja terapeutin kokemia yhteistyösuhteeseen liittyviä haasteita sekä tarkastella niitä Bordinin (1979) yhteistyösuhteen teorian valossa. Aineistomme koostuu yhdestä Jyväskylän yliopiston opetus- ja tutkimusklinikalle sosiaalisen fobian vuoksi hakeutuneen asiakkaan koko 54 istuntoa kattavasta terapiaprosessista. Geometry of Quadrangles in Almqvist’s The Queen’s Tiara

Quadrangles are repeatedly used in construction of scenes in Swedish author C. J. L. Almqvist’s novel The Queen’s Tiara. They limit and frame views. Repeating these structures creates connections between scenes. They form in relations between characters. Several quadrangular structures form around one main character called Tintomara, when she involuntarily attracts characters that fall in love in her. Also, quadrangles inside and beside each other are visible in scenes. Almqvist presented these forms in the elementary geometry textbook he published a year before this novel. peerReviewed

Petőfi formulated his Semiotic Textology within a context of Macro-Disciplines (MD) and within an interdisciplinary context (ID). This work describes an approach to synergistically exploit ambient intelligence technologies, mobile devices, and evolutionary computation in order to support blended commerce or ubiquitous commerce scenarios. The work proposes a software architecture consisting of three main components: linked data for e-commerce, cloud-based services, and mobile apps.
