Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin kunta-alan hoitohenkilöstön eettistä kuormittuneisuutta ja eettisten dilemmojen sisältöjä kahden eri dilemmatyypin suhteen. Eettistä kuormittuneisuutta kuvattiin eettisten dilemmojen useudella ja niistä johtuvalla stressillä. Dilemmatyypeistä ensimmäinen kuvasi tilanteita, joissa hoitaja ei tiennyt oikeaa toimintatapaa (A-tyypin dilemma) ja toinen tilanteita, joissa hoitaja joutui toimimaan sääntöjen, normien tai omien arvojensa vastaisesti (B-tyypin dilemma). Tilastomenetelmien käyttö yhteiskuntatieteellisessä tutkimuksessa on yksipuoleista. Tässä tutkimuksessa esiteltiin uusi analyysimenetelmä yleistetty additiivinen malli (GAM), jota verrattiin usein käytettyyn yleistettyyn lineaariseen malliin (GLM). Analyysimenetelmiä sovellettiin työhyvinvoinnin tutkimukseen. Työhyvinvoinnin syntyä tarkasteltiin työpsykologien kehittämien Karasekin interaktiomallin, työn vaatimusten ja voimavarojen (TV-TV) mallin sekä Warrin vitamiinimallin näkökulmasta. Se abordan aquí tres aspectos relativos a la Ley española de eutanasia, promulgada el 24 de marzo de 2021, que resultan especialmente problemáticos: la falsa configuración de la eutanasia como un ?derecho subjetivo?, el falso protagonismo de la autonomía del sujeto y la calificación de la eutanasia como ?muerte natural?. Se sostiene la tesis de que la ley solo ha despenalizado el delito eutanásico cuando se realiza de acuerdo con los requisitos legales; de que no existe un derecho a la muerte y por tanto no es la voluntad del solicitante la que determina la prestación eutanásica y las repercusiones que se producirán en diversos ámbitos por la calificación de muerte natural.

Rainfall-induced landslides in volcanic ashes represent a major natural hazard in many regions around the world. Owing to their loose structure, volcanic ash slopes are prone to rainfall-induced landslides. The paper presents a continuum modelling approach for the analysis of wetting-induced instability phenomena at the onset of failure in loose volcanic ash slopes. A numerical simulation of a landslide-prone volcanic slope in Costa Rica is carried out with a two-dimensional hydro-mechanical finite-element slope model.
