Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli tunnistaa ja kuvata tapoja, joilla fiktiiviset henkilöhahmot amerikkalaisessa sairaalasarjassa Greyn Anatomia reagoivat psykologisesti traumaattisiin kokemuksiin, sekä sitä, millainen rooli hahmojen keskinäisellä ystävyyssuhteella on parantumisprosessissa. Analyysin kohteena oli sarjan kaksi keskeistä henkilöhahmoa, Meredith Grey sekä Cristina Yang. AbstractParents of children with autism spectrum disorder and other disabilities report high levels of distress, but systematically evaluated interventions are few. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of a novel, manualized Acceptance and Commitment Therapy group intervention (Navigator ACT) in a sample of 94 parents of children with disabilities. Feasibility was measured by treatment completion, credibility, and satisfaction, and preliminary outcomes by using self-rating scales administered at the baseline, post-intervention, and follow-up. Abstract Associations between school-related stress and poor health, risk behaviours and low well-being are well documented. The aim of this paper was to estimate trends of perceived school stress experienced by boys and girls of different ages in the Nordic countries, and to describe trends in school stress between the Nordic countries. Nordic data from the Health Behaviour in School-aged Children study (HBSC) between 2002 and 2014 were used. The participants were aged 11–16 years. The first aim of this study was to determine whether organisational constraints, interpersonal conflicts at work, workload and negative affect at work have a positive relationship with intention to leave a current job or profession. The second aim was to investigate whether negative affect at work mediates the relationship between work stressors and intention to leave a current job or profession.
