L’inceste consenti en droit pénal. Les leçons du droit allemand

Cette contribution s’inscrit dans le cadre de la présentation de la complexité juridique de l’inceste consenti. L’accent est mis principalement sur le droit pénal allemand. Néanmoins, des parallèles avec le droit français seront réalisés. A l’aide de cette participation, il est permis une comparaison entre les droits pénaux français et allemand. Une mise en lumière des mécanismes juridiques quant à une relation entre membres d’une même famille avec consentement est ainsi étudiée, tant dans leurs apports sociétaux que dans leurs contestabilités.Ce travail a été écrit par deux étudiants, l’une française et l’autre allemand. Accesibilidad y provisión de servicios de interés general en las áreas rurales de la Unión Europea: un análisis a partir del Eurobarómetro

La finalidad de este trabajo es ofrecer un estado de la cuestión sobre el acceso y provisión de Servicios de Interés General (SeIG) en las áreas rurales de la Unión Europea. Se identifican fuerzas de cambio, oportunidades y dificultades relativas a los SeIG que pueden contribuir a impulsar o ralentizar los procesos de desarrollo rural. Se lleva a cabo una revisión de las principales aproximaciones teóricas y se presentan diversos análisis empíricos a partir de los escasos datos homogéneos disponibles. A partir del conocimiento adquirido se formula un conjunto de reflexiones sobre la función de los SeIG en los procesos de cambio rural en la UE.

International audience; Gentrifizierungsprozesse in periurbanen Räumen Frankreichs fanden in der Forschung bisher kaum Beachtung; sie wurden als naheliegende Prozesse in Kernstädten verstanden und untersucht. Zudem wurde eher die Krise der Vorstädte, der banlieues beachtet, womit Stigmatisierung und Ausgrenzung analyseleitend wurden. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird nun hingegen am Beispiel des Umlandes der Metropole Nancy (Region Grand Est) Gentrifizierung als Entwicklung herausgestellt, die sich ebenfalls als konstitutiv für periurbane Räume und damit kleinere Umlandgemeinden von Städten bzw. insbesondere Metropolen andeutet.
