Catalytic enantioselective aza-Reformatsky reaction with seven-membered cyclic imines dibenzo[b,f][1,4]oxazepines

A catalytic enantioselective aza-Reformatsky reaction is reported with cyclic dibenzo[b,f][1,4]oxazepines and ethyl iodoacetate leading to the synthesis of chiral ethyl 2-(10,11-dihydrodibenzo[b,f][1,4]oxazepin-11-yl)acetate derivatives with excellent yields and high enantioselectivities (up to 98% yield and 97 : 3 er) using a readily available diaryl prolinol L4 as the chiral ligand and Me2Zn as the zinc source under an air atmosphere. Furthermore, different transformations were carried out with the corresponding chiral β-amino esters, preserving in all cases the optical purity.

Objective: The Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales (CAARS) assess symptoms specific to adults that are frequently used and have been translated into German. The current study tests the factor structure of the CAARS in a large sample of German adults with ADHD and compares the means of the CAARS subscales with those of healthy German participants. Method: CAARS were completed by 466 participants with ADHD and 851 healthy control participants. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to establish model fit with the American original. BACKGROUND: Surgery represents the only potentially curative treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma (hilCC). It may be suggested that meticulous preoperative work-up in Asian countries leads to higher resection rates. METHOD: One hundred and eighty-two patients treated in our department between 1998 and 2008 were included in an analysis based on our prospectively recorded database. Among them, 75 % had a percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography as part of their diagnostic work-up. A total of 160 patients underwent explorative surgery and 123 patients were resected (77 % of patients undergoing exploration, 68 % of all patients). A catalytic highly enantioselective aza-Reformatsky reaction with cyclic aldimines and ketimines for the synthesis of chiral b-amino esters with good yields and excellent enantioselectivities is reported.Areadily available diaryl prolinol is used as a chiral ligand, ZnMe2 as a zinc source and ethyl iodoacetate as reagent in the presence of air atmosphere. The reaction with cyclic ketimines generates a quaternary stereocenter with excellent levels of enantioselectivity. NINO sistēmā iespējams veikt nodokļu aprēķinus, informācijas uzskaiti, apstrādi un glabāšanu, dokumentu uzskaiti, dažādu paziņojumu sagatavošanu, darbības ar maksājumiem vai sodu un parādu summām, kā arī atskaišu sagatavošanu.
