Maģistra darbā tiek aplūkota veselības aprūpes sistēma Latvijā depresijas pacientu perspektīvā, koncentrējoties uz to, kā indivīda izpratne par depresiju ir saistīta ar to, kā tiek meklēta palīdzība. Šajā pētījumā tiek demonstrēta plašāka izpratne par veselības aprūpes sistēmām, izmantojot A. Kleinmana teorētisko perspektīvu. Kleinmana skaidrojošais modelis tiek izmantots gan kā teorētiska, gan metodoloģiska pieeja. Galvenās datu ievākšanas metodes ir padziļinātas, daļēji strukturētas intervijas un teksta un vizuālo materiālu analīze. Ozone-Based Atomic Layer Deposition of Al2O3 from Dimethylaluminum Chloride and Its Impact on Silicon Surface Passivation

Dimethylaluminum chloride (DMACl) as an aluminum source has shown promising potential to replace more expensive and commonly used trimethylaluminum in the semiconductor industry for atomic layer deposited (ALD) thin films. Here, the Al2O3 DMACl-process is modified by replacing the common ALD oxidant, water, by ozone that offers several benefits including shorter purge time, layer-by-layer growth, and improved film adhesion. It is shown that the introduction of the ozone instead of water increases carbon and chlorine content in the Al2O3, while long ozone pulses increase the amount of interfacial hydrogen at silicon surface. Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 35 lapām, satur 17 attēlus un 45 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: novērtēt sakādisko acu kustību adaptāciju nesportistiem un galda tenisa un frisbija spēlētājiem. Metode: Pētījuma izstrādē tika izmantota iViewX Experement Center datorprogramma. Acu kustības tika pierakstītas ar videookulogrāfu iViewX Hi-Speed. Secinājumi: Pētījuma dalībniekiem, kas regulāri nodarbojas ar sportu, novērojama straujāka sakādisko acu kustību adaptācija dubultsoļa uzdevumiem un zemāka sakādisko acu kustību latence, nekā nesportistiem. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot Latvijā 1990. gados dzimušās mākslinieku paaudzes trīs kapitālu – ekonomiskā, kultūras un sociālā – pielietojumu un iegūšanu mākslinieciskajā praksē, lai sekmētu simboliskā kapitāla iegūšanu gan vietējā, gan transnacionālajā mākslas laukā. Izmantojot Pjēra Burdjē kapitāla teoriju, tiek analizēta mākslinieciksā prakse, balstoties no iegūtajiem datiem lauka pētījumā (2021. gada septembris – 2022. gada marts). This article discusses the implementation of reforms with a focus on tiered support systems in the context of Finnish comprehensive school education.
