Tutkielmani lähtökohta on eduskunnan lukujen valossa vaatimaton budjettivalta. Kolmen kuukauden prosessissa eduskunta lisää hallituksen alkuperäiseen esitykseen noin promillen suuruisen rahamäärän. Keskeinen kysymys kuuluu, toimiiko eduskunta tehottomasti. Perusteellisemmassa tarkastelussa nousee voimakkaasti esille myös parlamentin puhevalta. Tulevaisuuden tarpeiden korostaminen budjettipuheissa on keskeinen vallankäytön muoto. Se on eduskunnan kontrollivaltaa suhteessa hallitukseen. Teoreettisen kirjallisuuden lisäksi tutkimusaineistoni muodostuu vuonna 2009 eduskunnassa pidetyistä budjettipuheenvuoroista. Transatlantijas tirdzniecības un ieguldījumu partnerības ietekme uz Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīm

Bakalaura darbs „Transatlantijas tirdzniecības un ieguldījumu partnerības ietekme uz Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīm” sniedz ieskatu un veic izpēti par Eiropas Savienības ekonomiskajām attiecībām ar Amerikas Savienotajām Valstīm, kā arī par iespējamiem ieguvumiem no TTIP. Bakalaura darbā tiek sniegta informācija par starptautisko tirdzniecību, ekonomisko integrāciju un globalizāciju, kā arī šo procesu ietekmi uz ekonomiku. Tiek analizēts sarunu process starp ES un ASV, kā arī tiek veikta izpēte par TTIP iespējamo ekonomisko ietekmi uz ES dalībvalstu ekonomiskām. Darba apjoms ietver 62 lapaspuses, 11 attēlus un 6 tabulas un 2 pielikumiem.

Since the Hooghe et al.(2002) publication about party positions on European integration, a comparison of radical right and radical left Eurosceptic parties is not often conducted. In literature about Euroscepticism, the image of the horseshoe or “inverted U” illustrates the orientation of Euroscepticism among parties without any deeper analysis. Continuous Analysis of Running Mechanics by Means of an Integrated INS/GPS Device

This paper describes a single body-mounted sensor that integrates accelerometers, gyroscopes, compasses, barometers, a GPS receiver, and a methodology to process the data for biomechanical studies. The sensor and its data processing system can accurately compute the speed, acceleration, angular velocity, and angular orientation at an output rate of 400 Hz and has the ability to collect large volumes of ecologically-valid data.
