Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) [1] can be fabricated on a range of materials such as glass, silicon or flexible plastic substrates. This can be exploited for the realization of integrated OLED-based fluorescence chemical sensors [2] and microfluidic systems [3] for application in areas such as biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, public health and defense. An empirical assessment of employer branding as a form of sport event sponsorship

Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to expand and test Backhaus and Tikoo’s (2004) employer branding (EB) conceptual framework from the perspective of internal EB in a sport event sponsorship context. Design/methodology/approach. This study developed a set of hypotheses, which were tested in the context of a business-to-business multinational organization’s sport event sponsorship project. Empirical data were collected from 716 employees of the case company after the sponsorship project was complete. Findings. This chapter deals with a critical review on p-type doping of ZnO. In the past 15 years, ZnO has attracted considerable attention due to its unique properties, which make it a promising material for optoelectronic devices applications. However, a reliable p-type ZnO doping remains a major challenge because of self-compensation effects; thus, despite the advantages of these devices, the fabrication of ZnO-based devices is hampered by the lack of a stable p-type doping. Aizvien vairāk pētījumu tiek veltīti palīdzošajām profesijām, un pievērsta lielāka uzmanība tam, kādu iespaidu trauma var atstāt arī uz tiem cilvēkiem, kas sniedz atbalstu traumu upuriem. Bakalaura pētījuma darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai pastāv savstarpējas saistības starp trīs konstruktiem - sekundāro traumu, stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijām un aizstājošo posttraumatisko izaugsmi - krīzes un atbalsta tāruņa konsultantu izlasē. The aim of this study was to identify subgroups of mothers and fathers who differ according to the patterns of causal attribution to ability for their children's academic success and failure across early school years. Moreover, the extent to which the mother and father of the same child share the same attribution pattern, and how the attribution patterns are associated with the parents' level of education, children's sex and children's academic performance was investigated.
