Crystallization and preliminary X-ray analysis of strictosidine synthase and its complex with the substrate tryptamine

Strictosidine synthase (STR1) is a central enzyme that participates in the biosynthesis of almost all plant monoterpenoid indole alkaloids. After heterologous expression in Escherichia coli, crystals of STR1 and its substrate complex with tryptamine were obtained by the hanging-drop technique at 302–304 K with potassium sodium tartrate tetrahydrate as precipitant. All crystals belong to space group R3. The native STR1 crystals diffract to 2.95 Å and have unit-cell parameters a = b = 150.3, c = 122.4 Å. The tryptamine complex crystals diffract to 2.38 Å, with unit-cell parameters a = b = 147.3, c = 122.3 Å.

Based on examples taken in the 20th and 21st centuries (Debussy, Berg, Webern, Stravinsky, Stockhausen, Kagel, Ferrari, La Monte Young, Xenakis, Adams, De Chizy, De Mey, Trapani?), musicological study ultimately deduces that the metaphor of movement is for man an experience considered fundamental to his particular relationship to the world.

Starting from sociologist Anne-Marie Green?s idea of ?common space?, and from Hans Robert Hauss? reception theory, the improvisation workshop is thought to be a way of transforming the practices of reception, in order to modify the nature of the culture of listening of each listener. Four research axis are, then, proposed, from the validation of the personal experience of the participants to the reception of the instant?s surprise as a factor of education, including the research of communicational tools specific to reception of music, capable of captivating the listeners with the original aspects of the unknown musical territories.

Las características fisiológicas de las personas de edad avanzada conllevan cambios en los procesos farmacocinéticos y farmacodinámicos de los medicamentos. Además, la pluripatología y la polimedicación son fenómenos frecuentes que aumentan con la edad. Todo ello hace que este grupo de pacientes sea proclive a sufrir problemas relacionados con los medicamentos (PRM) o prescripciones inadecuadas. Tā kā pārliecinoši lielākā daļa jaunuzņēmumu negūst panākumus, šī maģistra darba autors izvēlējās izpētīt, kādi ir Latvijas jaunuzņēmumu veiksmes faktori augstas izaugsmes tehnoloģiju jaunuzņēmumu izveidē, kas ir šī maģistra darba mērķis. Pētījums tiek veikts, veicot esošās literatūras analīzi, statistisko datu analīzi un kvalitatīvo analīzi, izmantojot Latvijas jaunuzņēmumu dibinātāju padziļinātās intervijas ar identiskiem, atvērtiem jautājumiem. Autors intervēja tikai veiksmīgākos startup dibinātājus Latvijā.
