The paper aim to construct a multi-criteria model assessing the suitability of waterfront development scenarios to contribute to local growth. The model applies to the city of Catania. It is built according to the strategic directions on territorial government recognized by European Community for Sicily. The purpose of this article is to analyse the differnt civil process of the Civil Procedure Law that can be used for the recovery of illegally occupied properties: eviction for precarious, injunction to recover possession and action action for the protection of registered property rights. Special attention is paid to the new procedure of rapid recovery of possession that has been created by Law 5/2018 amending the classic injunction to regain possession.

In Italy, on the web sites spread on line appraisals for the real estate founded on the list of in-terval estimate, on the list of market price and on other generic sources. Every web site offers more than an appraisal for the same basis of valuation: the same property can present different values simultaneously. The on line appraisals apply the expertise on mass appraisal without the collection of the single data. Facsimile : The Makings of the Similar in Graham Rawle’s Collage Novel Woman’s World

This article reads Graham Rawle's collage novel Woman's World (2005) by utilizing the literal and metaphoric meanings of the facsimile as critical tools. Woman's World is an assemblage of circa 40,000 fragments cut and pasted from over a 1000 copies of British women's magazines of the early 1960s. These snippets are reproduced in facsimile and thus feature a jerky variety of font types, cases, and sizes. Woman's World does not only present a facsimile of its found graphic materials but it also studies, in my reading, the "facsimile" (similarizing, imitating, copying) qualities of gender identification, adopted discourses, (cross-)dressing, and the novel's own construction. This article discusses multilingualism in a family. We introduce a case study of the use and role of different languages in a family of fi ve. The data were gathered with the help of a visual clock activity previously used in literacy studies, and through interviews. Theoretically, we draw on those dialogical and sociolinguistic notions that regard language as a dynamic phenomenon which is heteroglossic in nature, thus stressing the fundamental multilingualism present in language use. The present study aims to provide a further contribution to the knowledge about the mechanism of price formation concerning olive orchards and vineyards in a land market of south-west Sicily. Abstract The structure of [NH(CH3)3]3Sb2Cl9, tris(trimethylammonium) nonachlorodiantimonate(III) (TMACA) has been determined at 295 K and 373 K, below and above the high temperature ferro-paraelectric phase transition. In both phases the anionic sublattice of TMACA is built of characteristic two-dimensional (Sb2Cl93−)n polyanionic layers lying in the bc plane. In room temperature, ferroelectric phase (monoclinic, Pc space group) there are three crystallographically non-equivalent trimethylammonium [NH(CH3)3]+ cations. International audience; Nous mettons en évidence des effets de conversion spectrale paramétrique avec des décalages spectraux très importants (~200THz) dans une fibre à gradient d'indice qui, pompée avec une source laser picoseconde à 1064nm, supporte quatre modes de propagation. À travers des études expérimentales, analytiques et numériques détaillées, nous montrons que les multiples raies paramétriques sont générées par un processus en cascade complexe faisant intervenir des mélanges à quatre ondes intermodaux.
