Bakalaura darba tēma “Personu, kurām ir tiesības uz aizstāvību, liecības kriminālprocesā” sniedz vispārīgu ieskatu personu, kurām ir tiesības uz aizstāvību procesuālo statusu un šo personu sniegto liecību izpratnē. Darbā tiek apskatīta personu, kurām ir tiesības uz aizstāvību liecību iegūšanas veidi un šo personu kriminālprocesuālās tiesības attiecībā uz liecību sniegšanu kriminālprocesa gaitā. Darba ietvarā ir apskatīti un analizēti gaidāmie fundamentālie grozījumi attiecībā uz personām, kurām ir tiesības uz aizstāvību liecību saturu, nosakot, ka personām, kurām ir tiesības uz aizstāvību, būs jāsniedz patiesas liecības, ja tās izmantos savas tiesības liecināt.

Bakalaura darba temats ir “Kopīgas izcelsmes personvārdu varianti latviešu valodā (A–Č)”. Šis pētījums iekļaujams antroponīmikas zinātnes jomā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kopīgas izcelsmes personvārdu variantus latviešu valodā; sagrupēt pēc to etimona personvārdus (ar sākumburtiem A–Č), kā arī noskaidrot to atvasinājumus, deminutīvus un vārdus, kuri radušies no hipokoristikām, kas veido tās pašas etimoloģiskās ligzdas. The reaction of antimony(III) oxide with ethylamine, in molar ratios from 1:1 to 1:10, in concentrated hydrobromic acid leads to the formation of one product – bis(ethylammonium) pentabromoantimonate(III). The structure of (C2H5NH3)2[SbBr5] was determined at 298 and 90 K, below and above the phase transition that occurs at about 158.5 K. The orthorhombic system was found in both phases, space groups Cmca and Pbca at 298 and 90 K, respectively. At both temperatures the structure consists of [SbBr6] 3− octahedra connected via cis bromine atoms forming one-dimensional zig-zag [{SbBr5}2−]n chains. This article looks at interest-driven and informal social media practices that have flourished in the pandemic period and its ensuing renaissance of domesticity. It investigates how tending plants and discussing them on social media serve as a particular site for connecting around loving and taking care of plants.
