This is the first study on the brand–land link for quality wines with a strong identity produced in extreme territories using the Policy Delphi methodology. The objective of this study is to assess the existence of a relationship between the wine brand and the territory of origin for wines produced in the Etna valley in Sicily (southern Italy). Polifarmācija ir vismaz 5 zāļu vienlaicīga lietošana, kas visbiežāk novērota vecākiem cilvēkiem un cilvēkiem ar multimorbiditāti. Polifarmācija ir saistīta ar palielinātām zāļu izmaksām, nepareizu zāļu lietošanu, zāļu mijiedarbību un blakusparādību risku. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt polifarmācijas izplatību Latvijas pacientu vidū un farmaceitu iesaisti pacientu izglītošanā par pareizu zāļu lietošanu. Tika izmantota pacientu un aptiekā strādājošo farmācijas speciālistu anketēšana. Saņemtas 81 pacientu un 47 farmācijas speciālistu anketas. The structure of bis(dimethylammonium) pentachloroantimonate(III), [(CH{sub 3}){sub 2}NH{sub 2}]{sub 2}[SbCl{sub 5}], BDP, was studied at 15 K and ambient pressure by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as at ambient temperature and high pressures up to 4.87(5) GPa by Raman spectroscopy. BDP crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group with a=8.4069(4), b=11.7973(7), c=14.8496(7) A, and Z=4; R{sub 1}=0.0381, wR{sub 2}=0.0764. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää ensimmäisen sydäninfarktin sairastaneiden potilaiden (n=12) kokemuksia sepelvaltimotautiohjauksesta. Tutkimus suoritettiin teemahaastattelun keinoin noin kolme viikkoa sairaalasta kotiutumisesta. Vuorovaikutus ohjauksessa osoittautui siihen käytetyn ajan, ammattihenkilön vuorovaikutustaitojen ja potilaan roolin summaksi. Ohjauksen yksilöllisyyden kokeminen näyttäytyi ristiriitaisena ja omaisten ohjaus puutteellisena, mutta siitä huolimatta ohjaus koettiin positiivisten tunteiden herättäjäksi. Many real life problems can be modelled as multiobjective optimization problems. Such problems often consist of multiple conflicting objectives to be optimized simultaneously. Multiple optimal solutions exist to these problems, and a single solution cannot be said to be the best without preferences given by a domain expert.
