Among films on the Holocaust and indifference (or guilt) of Poles to the destiny of Jews, the Decalogue, eight (1988) by Krzysztof Kieślowski has a special place. Its main protagonists are Elżbieta, who as a Jewish girl during the World War II was refused to be saved by Zofia, now a professor of ethics, on the pretext of the Decalogue’s prohibition of lying. The main subject of this thesis is a case study of Polish cinematographic production under the communist period in the 1970's called TOR (Kieslowski, Zanussi, Rozewicz). This research points out the author-filmmaker's creative autonomy confronted to the Cultural Policy upheavals which have determined film production in a non - democratic country : Polish People's Republic in the 1970s. International audience; Anaemia is a worldwide health problem, mainly due to the low availability of iron in food products. The bioavailability of heme iron is far greater than the one of non-heme iron. Dairy products consumed together with iron-rich food decrease the availability of iron but the competition between calcium and iron ions is not clear. Iron is naturally present in milk under the form of lactoferrin, but lactoferrin may undergo thermal denaturation during process. Iron salts, cheaper than lactoferrin, are preferably used to fortify dairy products. The bioavailability of iron depends on the solubility and the dissociation constant of the salts.
