La tendència que antigament operà sobre els sistemes eslaus convertint el perfet en un passat general sembla que també va actuar en búlgar, però menà a resultats diferents. Una innovació fou el valor testimonial associat als temps passats, davant del valor neutre dels no-passats. Atomic layer deposition of localised boron- and hydrogen-doped aluminium oxide using trimethyl borate as a dopant precursor

Atomic layer deposition (ALD) of boron-containing films has been mainly studied for use in 2D materials and for B-doping of Si. Furthermore, lithium-containing borates show great promise as solid electrolyte coatings for enhanced energy storage. In this work, we examine trimethyl borate (TMB) and triethyl borate (TEB) in combination with O2 plasma as precursors for ALD of B-containing films, targeting the growth of B2O3. It is found that films grown from TEB contain no boron. Further work with TMB as a boron-containing precursor showed promising initial growth on a SiO2 or Al2O3 surface, but a rapid decrease of the growth rate during subsequent ALD cycles indicating surface inhibition durin…
Benthic foodweb structure in a large shallow lake studied by stable isotope analysis

The benthic foodweb structure of Lake Võrtsjärv, a large (270 km2), shallow, and turbid Estonian lake, was evaluated based on C and N stable-isotope signatures (δ13C, δ15N). Variation in δ13C between sampling sites was not related to site proximity to the littoral zone or the more vegetated southern part of the lake, but rather appeared to be influenced by in-situ site peculiarities. δ13C was stable temporally and between functional feeding groups, a result implying that the whole benthic food web of the lake relies largely on the same C source admixture, essentially particulate organic matter (POM). Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts uz 30 lappusēm latviešu valodā. Tas satur 11 attēlus, 2 tabulas un 41 atsauci uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija noteikt vizuālās meklēšanas izpildes atšķirības sertificētiem radiologiem, radiologiem-rezidentiem un medicīnas studentiem, veicot trīsdimensionālo redzes uzdevumu uz volumetriskā daudzplakņu ekrāna. Pētījumā piedalījās 43 dalībnieki. Dalībnieki veica vizuālās meklēšanas uzdevumus ar atšķirīgo stimulu skaitu un mērķa-distraktora līdzību uz volumetriskā daudzplakņu ekrāna. Katrā uzdevumā dalībniekam bija jāatrod mērķa stimuls citu stimulu vidū un jāsniedz atbilde par tā relatīvo atrašanas vietu uz ekrāna. Rezultātā tika secināts, ka vizuālās me…

This paper explores the roles of technological innovations in the growth of Japan’s motor vehicle industry, mainly from technology spillover perspective from the early 2000s to today. An empirical analysis focusing on business performances, R&D investments, and patent applications taking a noteworthy unique case in Japan was attempted. La c.d. restorative justice (RJ) si inserisce a pieno titolo e in modo significativo nel processo di “riscoperta della vittima” nel sistema penale. Eppure, nonostante l’indubbia vocazione vittimo-centrica della RJ, in alcuni recenti interventi normativi europei sembra delinearsi un atteggiamento di cautela, se non di sfiducia, verso l’applicazione “su larga scala” della RJ, specie qualora il reato riguardi soggetti vulnerabili. Si tratta di apportare ragionevoli correttivi ai modelli di RJ, affinché questi possano armoniosamente congiungersi al sistema di giustizia penale e realizzare un’equilibrata victim-centred justice?
