Diplomdarbs "Autortiesību administrēšana" ir izstrādāts ar mērķi identificēt Latvijas likumdošanas un autortiesību administrēšanas organizācijas spēju pasargāt (literāro, muzikālo, horeogrāfisko u.t.t.) darbu autoru tiesības pasaulē un lokāli, īpaši pievēršoties mūzikas nozarei, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākai attīstībai autortiesību administrēšanas procesā. Autortiesību administrēšana ir jautājums, kas uztrauc daudzus darba autorus, it īpaši tos, kuru darbi tiek izplatīti arī ārpus Larvijas. A 9-level three-phase multilevel converter with harmonic mitigation and integrated battery balancing

2019

In this paper, a 9 level three-phase multilevel converter with a harmonic mitigation control method and an integrated battery balancing algorithm for automotive purpose is proposed. Each level of the converter is composed by a buck-boost converter and an h-bridge in cascaded connection. The control algorithm is implemented to achieve the harmonic mitigation on the output voltage waveform and to maintain the battery input voltages balanced. The design and operation of the system is described, and simulation study is reported using Matlab/Simulink platform.

The factors influencing the distortion of inorganic anions in the structures of chloridoantimonates(III) with organic cations, in spite of numerous structural studies on those compounds, have not been clearly described and separated. International audience; The hyperfine structure in the rotational spectra of six isotopic species of bromofluoromethane, namely CH2{79}BrF, CH2{81}BrF, CDH{79}BrF, CDH{81}BrF, CD2{79}BrF, and CD2{81}BrF, has been investigated using the Lamb-dip technique in the submillimeter-wave frequency range. Measurements as well as assignment procedures have been supported by high-level quantum-chemical calculations of the hyperfine parameters at the coupled-cluster level. Two new species of the neotropical genus Brusqeulia Razowski & Becker, 2000, are described and illustrated: B. yunkensis Pérez Santa-Rita & Baixeras, sp. n. from Bolivia and B. araguensis Pérez Sant-Rita & Baixeras, sp. n. from Venezuela. The systematic position and diagnostic characters of the genus are reviewed, resulting in the synonymy of Pinhaisania Razowski & Becker, 2000, with Brusqeulia, and the combination B. crispula (Razowski & Becker, 2000), comb. n. New characters of the female genitalia are discussed.

Recently out-breaks of the green oak leaf roller Tortrix viridana L. (Lepidoptera, Tortricidae) were recorded in Natural Reserve in Sicily (Italy) where treatments are generally forbidden. The commercial, social and environmental value of the wood in the forest needs to be preserved and biological control could be applied in particular case.
