Quantitative reconstruction of hydroclimate variability over the last 200 kyr in the West Mediterranean

The data show the quantitative annual, winter and summer precipitation reconstructions (mm/yr) from southern Iberian Peninsula for the last ~200,000 years (Camuera et al., 2022), based on the previously published fossil pollen data from the Padul-15-05 lake sediment record (Ramos-Román et al., 2018a, b; Camuera et al., 2019, 2021). The Padul-15-05 record, located in southern Spain (37º00'39''N, 3º36'14''W, 726 masl), was retrieved during summer 2015 from the current edge of the lake using a Rolatec RL-48-L hydraulic percussion coring machine. Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tutkin äidinkielen vaikutusta toisen kielen oppimiseen. Tutkimukseni kohteena on äidinkielenä unkaria puhuvien edistyneiden suomen kielen oppijoiden puhe. Tavoitteena on selvittää, miten ja missä määrin unkarin kieli äidinkielenä vaikuttaa edistyneiden oppijoiden oppijansuomeen, millä kielen rakenteen tasolla tämä vaikutus esiintyy vahvimmin, minkälaisia siirtovaikutustyyppejä esiintyy useimmin sekä sitä, vaikuttaako unkari myös myönteisesti. Tämän tutkielman tarkoitus on selvittää ruotsinopettajien mielipiteitä englannin kielen vaikutuksesta ja asemasta yläkoulun ruotsinopetuksessa. Tutkielmassa keskitytään erityisesti siihen voiko ruotsinopettajien mielestä englantia hyödyntää myös ruotsin opettamisessa ja jos voi, niin miten. Lisäksi tutkielmassa selvitetään kokevatko ruotsinopettajat englannin resurssina vai uhkana ruotsin kielelle. Tutkielma on toteutettu kyselytutkimuksena keväällä 2015 ja siihen osallistui 30 ruotsinopettajaa. Second harmonic ac polarography of strongly adsorbed electroactive species

Abstract The second harmonic ac current is calculated for the case of a quasi-reversible surface redox system: both species are strongly adsorbed according to a Langmuir isotherm and the kinetics of the process are controlled by the electron transfer. The current is measured with a phase-sensitive detector and the variation of the in-phase and quadrature components vs. the frequency leads to the surface rate constant ks. The experimental results obtained for benzo-(c)cinnoline are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions and with the results of impedance measurements. The advantages of the two methods are compared.
