La lengua náhuatl todavía cuenta con cierto grado de vitalidad sociolingüística en regiones de México que coinciden con su extensión geográfica histórica, a pesar de crecientes tendencias de desplazamiento vigentes desde el siglo pasado. Se reportan resultados de un proyecto en el estado de Tlaxcala que ha aplicado una metodología de evaluación del lenguaje centrada en el estudio de los procesos bilingües de transferencia. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo la reconstrucción de la historia del gremio de San Eloy de Santiago de Compostela en el siglo XIX, tema sobre el que todavía no existe ningún estudio. La metodología de nuestra investigación se ha centrado en primer lugar en analizar la bibliografía publicada sobre la desintegración del sistema gremial en España, motivada por el paradigma filosófico de la Ilustración y la liberalización del trabajo. Although an increasing number of horizontal gene transfers have been reported in eukaryotes, experimental evidence for their adaptive value is lacking. Here, we report the recent transfer of a 158-kb genomic region between Torulaspora microellipsoides and Saccharomyces cerevisiae wine yeasts or closely related strains. This genomic region has undergone several rearrangements in S. cerevisiae strains, including gene loss and gene conversion between two tandemly duplicated FOT genes encoding oligopeptide transporters. Nous nous sommes interrogés sur le nombre de séance de formation sur simulateur pleine échelle nécessaire à la mesure d’un transfert d’apprentissage ainsi que l’impact du niveau de complexité des cas vus en formation sur ce transfert d’apprentissage. Nous montrons qu’il est nécessaire de s’entraîner au minimum trois fois sur le simulateur pour permettre un apprentissage objectivement mesurable. Background & aims Obeticholic acid (OCA) is the second-line treatment approved for patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and an inadequate response or intolerance to ursodeoxycholic acid. We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of OCA under real-world conditions.
