"Postfit yields off-resonance" of "Search for $B^{+}\to K^{+}\nu\bar{\nu}$ decays using an inclusive tagging method at Belle II"

Yields in off-resonance data and as predicted by the simultaneous fit to the on- and off-resonance data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 63 and 9 fb$^{−1}$, respectively. The predicted yields are shown individually for the five continuum background categories. The leftmost three bins belong to the third control region (CR3) with BDT$_{2} \in [0.93; 0.95]$ and the other nine bins correspond to the second control region (CR2), three for each range of BDT$_{2} \in [0.95; 0.97; 0.99; 1.0]$. Each set of three bins is defined by $p_{T}(K^{+}) \in [0.5; 2.0; 2.4; 3.5] \rm{GeV}/c^{2}$.

Profiles of early career insecurity and its outcomes in adolescence : A four‐wave longitudinal study

This study investigated the developmental profiles of perceived early career insecurity (ECI) and their outcomes among adolescents (n = 1416) during a critical educational transition from basic education to upper secondary education. We found three distinct latent profiles with varying amounts of ECI: Profile 1: Moderate and decreasing ECI before the transition (57%); Profile 2: Low-decreasing ECI before the transition but increasing ECI after the transition (31%); and Profile 3: High and stable ECI during the transition (12%). Supercooled Water Confined in a Silica Xerogel: Temperature and Pressure Dependence of Boson Peak and of Mean Square Displacements

A silica xerogel can be obtained from an alcoxide precursor (TMOS, tetramethylortosilcate) via the sol-gel method: TMOS hydrolysis and subsequent polycondensation yields a solid, disordered, porous SiO2 matrix (average pore dimensions ~20Å). Inside the pores water is trapped and the hydration level h=gr[H2O]/gr[SiO2] can be easily controlled. Physiological parameters measurements in a cardiac cycle via a combo PPG-ECG system

In this paper, we present an innovative way to measure some physiological parameters (such as the pre-ejection period, the pulse transit time, the blood pressure) in a cardiac cycle. A combo PPG-ECG system has been developed and employed to extract both the ECG signal from standard limb leads and simultaneously the photoplethysmography signal from the wrist and the forearm, to calculate the pre-ejection period. This system represents an easy and non-invasive technique to determine these biomedical parameters without using expensive impedance cardiography equipment.

Study of the Stability of Citrate Capped AgNPs in Several Environmental Water Matrices by Asymmetrical Flow Field Flow Fractionation

Asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation (AF4) coupled to UV-Vis and dynamic light scattering (DLS) detectors in series, was tested for stability studies of dispersions of citrate-capped silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) in several water matrices. The main goal is to provide knowledge to understand their possible behavior in the environment for short times since mixturing (up to 180 min).
