During the last decade, cultural industries have grown in economic importance, and research interest in them has increased. Despite prolific research, there is a lack of a comprehensive view on the subject. The purpose of the present paper is to offer a reconceptualization of cultural industries by tracing their boundaries, their features and the dynamics that follow from these features. This is achieved through a review of 314 cultural industries studies, whereby a classification system of three main and six sub-categories is constructed. Maģistra darbs "Literatūras žanra/formas priekšmetu veidošana: salīdzinošais aspekts" izstrādāts ar mērķi, lai noskaidrotu literatūras žanra/formas priekšmetu lietderību un nepieciešamību tos ieviest LNB. Pētījuma gaitā tiek analizētas tās bibliotēkas, kas jau sekmīgi izstrādā un ievieš literatūras žanra/formas priekšmetus. Pragmatisma un žanra teorijas atziņas tiek piemērotas bibliotekārā darba kataloģizēšanas procesu izstrādei. Rezultātu iegūšanai tiek izmantotas kvalitatīvas un kvantitatīvas metodes. Pētījumā tiek iegūti apstiprinoši rezultāti, literatūras žanra/formas priekšmetu lietderībai un nepieciešamībai.

Proline Benzyl Esters as Chiral Auxiliaries in Asymmetric 1,3-Dipolar Cycloadditions N-Acryloylproline benzyl ester (1b) reacts with nitrile oxides at temperatures from −78 to 0°C to give isoxazolines 4/5 with diastereomeric ratios of ca. 3:1 and with the (5S) isomer as the predominating. The corresponding N-methacryloylproline benzyl ester (1c) gives inferior results. The diastereoselectivity is not influenced by the temperature and the substituents of the nitrile oxides. Atriebības pornogrāfija ir jauns fenomens, kurš attīstās līdz ar mūsdienu tehnoloģiju attīstību. Valstij ir uzlikts pienākums aizsargāt indivīda tiesības uz privāto dzīvi. Ar atriebības pornogrāfijas publikāciju šīs tiesības tiek aizskartas un informācija kļūs pieejama neierobežotai auditorijai. Darba ietvaros pētīts atriebības pornogrāfijas jēdziens, tās tiesiskais regulējums dažādās pasaules valstīs un tiesu prakse. Izstrādājot darbu ir izveidotas vairākas rekomendācijas likumu grozījumiem, lai Latvijas Republikas ietvaros tiktu kriminalizēta atriebības pornogrāfija tādējādi kvalitatīvāk aizsargājot personas tiesības uz privāto dzīvi.

L’iponatriemia associata ad esercizio fisico (EAH) è una evenienza degli sport di resistenza che può esitare in gravi manifestazioni cliniche quali l’edema cerebrale o l’insufficienza respiratoria. L’EAH è una iponatriemia diluizionale, variante della secrezione inappropriata di ADH (SIADH), caratterizzata da una concentrazione plasmatica di sodio inferiore a 135 mEq/l. Il sesso femminile e la durata delle competizioni si associano a più elevato rischio di iponatremia. L’incidenza di iponatriemia, infatti, aumenta con la durata dell’attività in special modo dopo 4-8 ore dall’inizio della gara. Le donne sembrano presentare un rischio maggiore rispetto agli uomini.
