Natural resources are in the midst of contradictory dynamics. While they are essential to the reproduction of societies and life, actual organization of the world economy subordinates them to logics of accumulation. International audience; A numerical vibroacoustic model that can manage multilayered plates locally covered with damping patches is presented. All the layers can have an on-axis orthotropic viscoelastic behavior. Continuity of displacements and transverse shear stresses at each interface is enforced, which permits to write the entire displacement field in function of the displacements of the-common-first layer, leading to a two-dimensional plate model. We have developed an integrated system permitting the simultaneous acquisition of the 3D shape and the spectral spectral reflectance of scanned object surfaces. We call this system a 3D multispectral scanner because it combines within a stereopair, a multispectral video camera and a structured light projector. We see several application possibilities for a such acquisition system but we want to highlight applications in the field of digital archiving and broadcasting for heritage objects. DFT calculation of structures and NMR chemical shifts of simple models of small diameter zigzag single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs)

Linearly conjugated benzene rings (acenes), belt‐shape molecules (cyclic acenes) and model single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were fully optimized at the unrestricted level of density functional theory (UB3LYP/6‐31G*). The models of SWCNTs were selected to get some insight into the potential changes of NMR chemical shift upon systematic increase of the molecular size. The theoretical NMR chemical shifts were calculated at the B3LYP/pcS‐2 level of theory using benzene as reference. Esta base de datos contiene la densidad de las microalgas encontradas en 30 lagunas costeras de la costa pacífica de Nicaragua y Costa Rica en tres periodos de su año hidrológico: comienzo de las lluvias (junio 2010), plena inundación (septiembre 2010) y sequía (enero 2011). La recolección fue subsuperficial. En esta matriz de datos las filas son las diferentes especies encontradas y las columnas la muestra (laguna y fecha). Información geográfica y limnológica de las lagunas se puede encontrar en Sasa et al. (2015: Limnetica vol 34).

ABSTRACT In order to determine the specificities of PCR-based assays used for detecting Cryptosporidium parvum DNA, eight pairs of previously described PCR primers targeting six distinct regions of the Cryptosporidium genome were evaluated for the detection of C. parvum , the agent of human cryptosporidiosis, and C. muris , C. baileyi , and C. meleagridis , three Cryptosporidium species that infect birds or mammals but are not considered to be human pathogens. Kontaktlēcu pielietojums redzes asuma uzlabošanai pacientiem ar anizometropijas ambliopiju

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts angļu valodā uz 25 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 9 attēlus, 1 tabulu, 21 atsauci uz literatūras avotiem. Darba uzdevums ir novērtēt, vai kontaktlēcu lietošana pozitīvi ietekmē redzes funkcijas anizometropijas ambliopijas gadījumā. Pētījumā piedalījās 16 pacienti (24 – 54 g.v.). Pēc pilnas refrakcijas korekcijas izrakstīšanas katru mēnesi 6 mēnešu laikā tika novērtēts lēcas novietojums, iespējamās lēcas ģeometrijas, redzes asuma un binokularitātes izmaiņas. Visiem pacientiem uzlabojās redzes asums (0,4 ± 0,2, decimālās vienībās), novēroja pirmās pakāpes binokularitātes pazīmes un 11 pacientiem varēja noteikt rupju stereoredzi.
