Analizamos la noción de justicia extrínseca y la inherente a la racionalidad utilitarista, ya sea marginalista o neoclásica. Fundamentamos tanto la justicia económica conmutativa, que debe regir todo intercambio económico, como la justicia económica distributiva, que debe gobernar la libertad positiva del individuo, es decir, su derecho a esperar un resultado justo de la actividad económica.
