Noguruma ietekme uz apmiglojuma uztveri

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumāuz 48 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 38 attēlus, 4 tabulas, 18 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: novērtēt noguruma ietekmi uz datorā stimulēta apmiglojuma uztveres sliekšņiem (tikko pamanāmais apmiglojums, skaidra attēla uztveres slieksnis). Metodika: apmiglojuma radīšanai tika izmantota avotu metode, lai noteiktu datorā stimulēta apmiglojuma adaptācijas ietekmi uz apmiglojuma uztveres sliekšņiem. Secinājumi: tikko pamanāmais apmiglojums, tiek konstatēts pie mazāka apmiglojuma filtra diametra, nekā, tad ja optotipa apmiglojuma līmenis tika pakāpeniski samazināts līdz skaidram attēlam. Pamatvajadzību nodrošināšana stacionārā bērniem bez vecākiem

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pamatvajadzību nodrošināšana stacionārā bērniem bez vecākiem”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka aiz vien vairāk tiek stacionēti bērni bez vecākiem. Bērns atstāts „Glābējsilītē”, atvests no sociālās aprūpes centra, vai tā vecāki nespēj būt klāt bērna hospitalizācijas etapā. Šādās situācijās par aprūpi, kā arī pamatvajadzību nodrošināšanu rūpējas attiecīgās nodaļas personāls. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kādas pamatvajadzības tiek nodrošinātas bērniem bez vecākiem stacionārā. Pētījumā izmantotais instruments ir intervijas jautājumi. Vecāku informētība par bērnu vecumā sastopamajiem redzes traucējumiem

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 44 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 10 attēlus, 12 tabulas un 68 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: novērtēt Latvijas bērnu vecāku informētību par bērnu vecumā sastopamajiem redzes traucējumiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 454 Latvijas bērnu vecāki, kas elektroniski aizpildīja aptauju ar 6 sadaļām: informētā piekrišana, informācija par vecāku, informācija par bērnu, informētība par bērnu redzes traucējumiem, veselības pratības (HLS-EU-Q16) anketa un informācija vecākiem par redzes traucējumiem. Rezultātā tika secināts, ka Latvijā labākas zināšanas par bērnu redzes traucējumiem bija vecākiem ar augstāko izglītību, kuri lieto redzes korekciju un kuriem…

Mythical Creatures, the Making of Wearing Apparel, and the Landscape

Stones where mythical creatures carry out work connected with wearing apparel appear in publications on the mythological stones of Lithuania and Belarus. This theme is not so widely considered in Latvian research literature. The aim of this work is to show that in Latvian folklore, by natural (stone, tree, stump, water, cave, etc) and man-made objects of the cultural space (threshing barn, cemetery, hill-fort, etc), mythical creatures tailor, spin, knit and mend for people or for themselves. In the excavated Padure (Beltes) hill-fort in Latvia, cultural layers from the Late Bronze Age and the Early Iron Age (Stage 1), and the Middle Iron Age and the Late Iron Age (Stage 2), were detected, which, besides the archaeological material typical of that period, provided abundant zooarchaeological material. This article presents the investigation data from the zooarchaeological material of both stages: the data relate to the butchering techniques used, and the identification of the composition of the faunal species. 1980. gadā kosmosa stacijā “Salūts” pirmoreiz kosmonautikas vēsturē tika realizēts putupoliuretāna ieguves eksperiments mikrogravitācijas apstākļos, kura rezultāta tika iegūtas jaunas atziņas par ķīmiski tehnoloģisko procesu norisi kosmosā. Kosmosā tapa Maskavas olimpisko spēļu simbola lācīša figūra. Iekārtu "Lotoss", kas pašreiz atrodas Latvijas Ķīmijas vēstures muzeja krājumā, LPSR Zinātņu Akadēmijas Koksnes ķīmijas institūtā izstrādājis latviešu ķīmiķis, ķīmijas doktors, izgudrotājs un gleznotājs Arnolds Alksnis, un tā domāta polimerizācijas reakciju pētīšanai bezsvara stāvoklī.

Emerging brominated flame retardants and dechlorane-related compounds in European eels (Anguilla anguilla) from Latvian lakes

Abstract Fifteen halogenated flame retardants (HFRs) including seven emerging brominated flame retardants (EBFRs) and eight dechlorane-related compounds (DRCs) were analyzed in eels (Anguilla anguilla) sampled from five Latvian lakes. Out of the seven EBFRs, hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) and decabromodiphenyl ethane (DBDPE) were found in eels in quantifiable concentrations, up to 6.58 and 33.0 ng g−1 lipid weight (l.w.), respectively. The mean total concentration of DRCs (∑DRC) in the samples was 0.62 ng g−1 l.w. and the geographical distribution of DRC contamination was nearly uniform among the selected lakes.
