Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin koulupsykologien organisaatiokulttuurin eettisyyden yhteyttä heidän organisaatioon sitoutumiseensa ja työpaikanvaihtoaikeisiinsa. Huhtikuussa 2014 toteutettuun kyselytutkimukseen osallistui 270 koulupsykologia. Vastanneista valtaosa (94 %) oli naisia. Regressioanalyysin tulokset osoittivat, että vanhemmat, vakituisessa työsuhteessa työskentelevät ja pidemmän ajan nykyisessä työpaikassaan työskennelleet koulupsykologit olivat voimakkaammin sitoutuneita organisaatioonsa ja heillä oli vähemmän työpaikanvaihtoaikeita kuin nuoremmilla, määräaikaisessa työsuhteessa työskentelevillä ja lyhyemmän ajan nykyisessä työpaikassaan työskennelleillä koulupsykologeilla. La presente investigación tiene como finalidad describir cómo la ciudadanía ha contribuido a la elaboración de un Diagnóstico Territorial de Empleo (DET) promovido por la Generalitat Valenciana, previo al diseño de futuras políticas públicas para el fomento del empleo, en tres municipios alicantinos. Se consiguió a través de una Investigación-Acción-Participación (IAP). Although many devices have recently been proposed for pressure regulation and energy harvesting in water distribution and transport networks, very few applications are still documented in the scientific literature. A new in-line Banki turbine with positive outflow pressure and a mobile regulating flap, named Power Recovery System (PRS), was installed and tested in a real water transport network for the regulation of pressure and flow rate.
